Just reached out thinking I needed a VOIP adapter, was connected to the chat and then redirected to Tom. Tom went out of his way to make sure I was looking for the right adapter. He even offered to call and explain that I didn't need it but help me understand it a bit better. Decided I would hold off and see if the phone I ordered works first. Will definitely be calling back should I need something in the end. Thanks Tom. Definition customer service.

I purchased 2 headsets from VoIP Supply to test their functionality before purchasing a large quantity of the model we chose.One of them was malfunctioning and the other worked great. We chose the model that worked obviously and I ordered the amount we needed.As to the malfunctioning headset, I am still trying to return it. They are uncommunicative at a minimum. And, I dread the prospect of having to return just 1 of the headsets I ordered due to their highly lacking return policy.After my review, Mary was able to make this right.Thank you Mary.

UPDATE : Even after your CEO answered me , Nobody ever never has contacted us . Your only reply came after this public post . We have dealt with lots of other companies and never had this experience . you should stop blindly defending this situation , you better get your ducks in a row .ORIGINAL REVIEW :No Customer service , i got a Proposal #26164047 from Darren but he has no knowledge of what he is selling and couldnt answer any questions and asked me to sent email to their hardware support ,i did and for 3 weeks no reply ..i have wasted for almost 1 month trying to get an answer from them. I sent email to their CEO , general customer support , they all IGNORE YOU ..like you are NOT existed ..go somewhere else.

I would recommend VoIP Supply to anyone who is looking for voip phone, and equipment!.. Prices are great and the support is 5-star. I work with Brian Hyrek and Joe Pencille with my projects and they are top notch! Can't go wrong with these guys or company!

What a rip off! $700.00 in phones and not one of them works. Was told from our phone system company that all of the phones were outdated and would not accept updates. We contacted Voip supply to return and at first they were very helpful. Then all emails were ignored. We learned our lesson. This is not a company to do any business with.

Yea the pricing may be great but the customer service is pathetic. Was told many of the initial issues we had with the order would be taken care of and here we are almost into October and have been trying to get things resolved since the beginning of August. Emails and phone calls do no good as all you will get is crickets. I don't know what the deal is with Tom, Hazel and Steve at VoIP Supply. Very disappointed with customer service and will not follow through on things promised to be resolved. I will not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a headache.

Pricing is great, Customer Service after the sale is very poor and unacceptable. I have lingering issues caused by VoIP Supply that have been going on for over three weeks now and now VoIP Supply wants me to pay $200 for getting the lingering issues resolved that were created by VoIP Supply. And then there are issues with Sangoma, a whole different story. My account rep is no where to be found.
