They are so rude and dont listen at all. I went today to pick up my birth control prescription and they said I picked it up a month ago which I didn’t. Then they just sat there saying they could check the camera to see. I just told them I’m done I’m gonna find a new pharmacy because it was taking forever they said something rude back then hung up the phone. Do not go to this Walgreens

Good experience here! My son's Dr sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy and the pharmacist Julie still filled the rx and gave me a discount code because I had to pay out of pocket.

I’ve had a positive experience here with some of the staff- a dark haired woman in the pharmacy, but as some of the other people in here have said some are so rude in the pharmacy for no reason. The blonde woman (she didn’t give me her name) was so rude. It shouldn’t, but it ruined my whole day. Moving to a different pharmacy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since Rite Aide closed we were transitioned to this Walgreens. Every time I go in each pharmacist is rude. Don’t bother asking a question because they will give you attitude and will be unbelievably nasty. Your job is customer service, I never experienced a group of workers that were all nasty before. I just had an awful experience - I was shaking. No customer or human being should ever be treated that way, especially when I did not raise my voice- a simple question caused the worker to act out. Save yourself the hassle and go to another pharmacy whom will be happy to help you and answer any questions you have. After seeing several reviews stating the same issue - you would think at this point something would be done. Get a better leader in there and coach your staff to have common decency.

The rudest people I have ever met. The lead pharmacist was rude and dismissive. He told my mother to go to another pharmacy because she called about the price of a medication. Older tall woman was rude because I asked her a question. Both were working at 6 pm November 23. Horrible experience. Filled a prescription incorrectly last week. Could have caused serious heart issues. Inept and unprofessional.

By far the best Walgreens in Buffalo. It's pretty close to places like Wegmans and Walmart so it's convenient to drop by when going to get groceries. There are also lots of parking spots and 2 entrances as it's by a corner of an intersection. The staff is so helpful, they go out of their customers. I couldn't find one of the Secret to-go deodorants and they had 3 individuals check around for me. The individuals were by going out of their way to search everywhere for them. Even though they ran out and I didn't get the item, I was really surprised how much effort they put in to help me. My go to Walgreens! tl;dr - best staff, go out of their way to help you

In a nutshell: Store is clean and organized, with friendly staff. Not as busy as some other locations, however there's usually a wait at checkout. Rewards: Go online and signup your phone number for rewards. Then look at the digital coupons in their website to "clip" them - once you clip coupons, they'll be automatically added to your account and come off at checkout. Other savings: By the ads, grab the tiny book instead. Those are the month-long coupons that aren't advertised. The front of the book has an index in abc order by brand. Parking: Plenty of parking, but on Sheridan there's a divider so you can only make a right out of that exit. There's also an exit onto Millersport.
