I used to go walgreens for more than 10 years
But lately their service is the worst ever
Just now they make me wait for the drive through more than 20 minutes and they didn’t even talked to me. They were serving the inside customers when they supposed to switch between the cars and the inside customers, this what I used to see some pharmacist do.
But today they kept serving the customers inside and they didn’t even look at me and when I started to speak loudly they said we will call the police.
I will do my best to make every one I know stop going there.

Terrible pharmacy drive thru. Incompetent at best. Waited 20 mins w one car ahead of me to only be met by incompetent employee. Smh going down hill quick. I used to love Walgreens

Close this pharmacy and hire new staff.There's no reason how they treat folks. Obviously, this store doesn't care about its reviews or its customers. If you can make it to another place for your needs GO. Tops across the street has a pharmacy

Natalie the manager is so incredibly kind! I had some issues with printing multiple posters at a different Walgreens and she was so willing to help, she reprinted them and helped me for over an hour until they came out the right way. I will continue to go to this location because of her. Great service!

I’m am severely ill, causing me not being able to breathe, which one of my prescriptions being an inhaler. I called multiple times during the day nicely asking, all different people each time telling me they don’t know what to tell me and there’s nothing they can do. I asked politely if they could reach out for my prescriptions after I did repeatedly with no success. I walked in to talk to a manger and was directed toward the pharmacist. I was nice but wanted to inform him. He told me “my staff didn’t show up today, you get what you get”. A adult man said that to a teenager….sad….

Worst pharmacy service I ever received. The pharmacy staff had no idea what they were talking about. One associate tells you one thing and when you get that another associate tells you different. I wish I had the option to give zero stars. It has been over a week now and haven't received my prescription.

unskilled stuff, rude mamager. Once I have to return a toy which I paid using CC. They returned me walgreen gift card not refunded back to my CC. I have to call customer care to get my money back. Manager didn't solve the problem.

Be prepared to wait in line, 40 min to over an hour, even in the drivethrough- whenever you pick up a prescription.
We started going elsewhere.

By far one of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to at a walgreen. Wait times are RIDICULOUS (when there is NO one else in line or waiting?). I sat for over an hour for a prescription that they said would take 30 minutes and I could have a seat or shop around… & ya know what? The prescription was WRONG. I’ve waited in line for 5 minutes for a pack of Sudafed…. No one in line, no one came to service me. Really poor customer service, will be avoiding from now on.
