What an absolute awful experience here last night!!! So the college kids are here and they need a chaperone to go wit them to the stores , they were playing football in the aisles, they had every electric scooter riding and racing on them , there were large crowds of them just standing in the way around the subway, not to mention they were so disrespectful , rude and loud. I won't even go into detail about the empty shelves or talk about the other shop lifters who were able to get away . Won't be visiting this store for long while

Worst Walmart in the area, quite possibly in all of New York State. If you do find an employee to help you, chances are that employee does not speak English. I have had this happen on more than one occasion. Once I called for a manager because several items on the grocery shelf were a year passed due & rotting. After about 45 minutes they finally found a women who was very nice & removed the items but still was not the last time this happened. The store is dirty, the employees either walking around or on their phones. Clientele are often nasty & don't get me started on the behavior in the parking lot. This store is a 5 minute drive from home but I go out of my way to different Walmarts.

This has to be the worst Walmart on the face of this planet I've been on hold for over 40mins like this can't be real like hire better employees or maybe just more mediocre employees because this is kinda ridiculous I can't believe I've been sitting here 40mins and that doesn't include me calling all of the departments and waiting for someone to pick up like it's unreal only department that pick up was the bakery and they seemed nice and said they would transfer me to someone who could but here I am still waiting

The staff was great but almost got attacked by the clientele who frequent this store. Finger in my face scratching it .... and a group of people gathering like coyotes...all because a kid bumped into me...not ready for the fight, left my cart and got out of the store. Bad neighborhood. I wouldn't got there again.

The cashiers work very hard at the store. The vast majority of store assistants were gathered together in clusters of two, three or four, discussing such things, as their pets, the difficulty in finding babysitters and vacations they were looking forward to going on. I took photographs of clusters of these people who acted as though they were being disturbed when a question was asked of them. There was no chance that anyone was going to escort me to where they believed the rocksalt was stored. I took photographs of these clusters which my wife will not let me post because she doesn't want anyone to get in trouble. It was impossible to get a straight answer about where they keep the rocksalt to melt snow. After being sent to lawn and garden, and housewares, and three other aisles, I finally asked for the store manager who told me they haven't had rocksalt for weeks and weren't planning on getting any more in. The manager was very helpful. I used to really enjoy this Walmart. The store continues to be clean, and to have hard-working cashiers, but the majority of helpers are completely unhelpful. We did see a couple of hard-working folks, stocking shelves, or helping customers, but the good ones all had five or six customers following them, waiting their turn for service. The vast majority were busy chatting and couldn't be bothered with helping customers.

walked in a Walmart(yuh) looking for spare parts (books) however what I found left me astound for I found three delinquents running around. playing with hole hoops they were their presence made other customers deter they approached me, with a demeaning query asked if I would like to join in their tomfoolery. I reluctantly agreed, and embarassed myself in front of my dear friends I write in shame because I am lame ~SamWam

Very poorly run location. Walked in to return an item at 6:30PM on a Wednesday evening to find the customer service area closed. Many staff were attributing this to staff shortages but the store had plenty of staff on not so busy check out lanes; how could one not keep the service desk going? Walmart displayed that they are happy to accept money but don't care about resolving concerns. Target is five minutes up the road, see you there!

A nice older gentleman named Michael help me and my mother while cashing out. Very welcoming and helpful made the whole experience of shopping more fun. Really brightened my afternoon.

Came to pick up Xmas photo cards. The person at the counter handed me a packet that wasn't mine. Then he shuffled through several boxes, drawers and shelves. I had given my name multiple times at that point. I then gave him the order # and he went in the back. He returned and asked my name AGAIN because he couldn't find it under the order number. Then he went in the back AGAIN. I'm still waiting here after 20 minutes. There should be better organization! Do NOT order photos from this Walmart!! (Oh and last time I came to pick them up the printer wasn't working). The original person never came back to counter. Someone else did, also with the wrong order. The second person EVENTUALLY found the right cards. Now I am waiting for him to cut them and get the envelopes.

I did my shopping then went to electronics dept. Found charging cable for my phone. It was locked up and nobody was there to open it. A employee called over the PA forsomeone to come. After 20 min nobody came. I walked all the way back to service desk,lady called for someone to go to electronics. I walked all the way back,after about 20-25 minutes nobody showed up. I also went to buy a box of YooHoo. There were 2 boxes way up on the top shelf. I searched for someone to get them down and of course could not find 1 employee. I had a cart full of groceries which i just left and walked out the door. I will Never shop in that store again. Its a complete mess! This store is on Sheridan Dr. Amherst New York Not California like it showed before.

It's a Walmart, and it can get really crazy at times. I called early one day to ask if the had a vaccine in stock cause the website said they have one and sometimes when it's a low number they don't really have it and the system is wrong. Guy on the phone, after 10 minutes of holding, says he just looked it up and "the system says we have 1 in stock" and I said I know the computer says that but can you make sure it's actually there so I don't waste my time? He got mad and said the computer says there's one so there's one! Well guess what? I got there around 30 minutes later and there wasn't any! So I wasted my time.
