I have been shopping at the Amherst NY Walmart since the days it was originally on Niagara Falls Boulevard before the superstore opened up, on Sheridan and North Bailey, which equates to 2 decades and I have a Walmart membership. Initially, the Niagara Falls Boulevard and the Sheridan were both stellar, but has drastically degraded in quality and service. The majority of employees lack knowledge were products are located and the cashiers are rude, frequently want to speak in Bengali and ask questions; I was born raised and only speak English and Westernized and think its highly unprofessional for someone to engaging in such conduct while on the job. Moreover recently, another on occasion one of the cashier, stated they were out of paper bags and was honestly lazy and did not want to grab more, I went to the next cash register and asked them for bags, which they gave me, and gave it to the lazy cashier. The lazy cashier started giving away the limited bags I needed to pack my items and proceeded to argue with me, stating I did not pay for the bags lol. I pay excessive taxes that most likely pays for the food stamps and benefits these foreign cashiers get, that get and want to converse with in Bengali with me.. Please Walmart Management clean up the mess you are creating at this store with poorly trained workers, lacking professionalism, customer service skills and worth ethic.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I waited a half hour for someone to unlock a door for a battery just for someone to ask me to wait five more minutes and then come back five minutes later and say actually I couldn’t find anyone to unlock it lol

Baby formula locked 🔒, I understand that they coul have simply keept it locked behind one of the counters. Now people who have the keys can not find them easly. They make you go back and fourth between departments then finally going to customer service. They no answers. I would request to keep these types of item behind one of the registrater it won't be unconveint to find personal every visit. Wasting an hours for some one to show up.

Customer service in electronics area is horrible... Most products need to be ordered online... What a waste of time... Purchased TV... It had no remote, hardware or instructions... It must have been a repackaged return... Ugggh

any time i order pick up from here, they take forever. once i waited for about 45 min and i decided to leave and they didn’t call me until about two hours later saying they were looking for me. the person on the phone was also rude.
