It's wegmans. It's fantastic. My only issue lately is cost. Drops it from a 5 to a 4 star because I feel places like Walmart are cheaper for name brand items. Still, this location is slightly smaller than others but still has everything you ever need.

Went to this Wegmans down on NiagFalls Blvd for a few things from the deli..noticed both scales looked like they haven't been cleaned or wiped down in a week!! Don't understand why they looked so disgusting since they put plastic down on them to set your delivery cuts on..then they procede to put that plastic with your Deli meat into another plastic ziploc bag to give to you..so that grossness from the scales ends up in your bag anyways!! I'm not even sure how long those Deli ladies have been wearing their gloves & touching everything before touching your deli cuts, but I'm gonna guess for friggin hours!! Absolutely disgusting..I'll never go back there again except maybe to check to see if they have actually wiped down those disgusting scales & tell a manager! And again..gloves are a friggin false sense of security! They transmit way more bacteria than washing your damn hands because nobody knows how to use them correctly!! Get rid of the gloves & make everyone wash their hands before & after every customer!!

New to the area. This was my first time in this location. My boys and I ate there while waiting for a prescription. Staff was almost all very nice and helped us when I asked questions where things were, as I have 2 special needs children. They were accommodating and all but 1 lady who just seemed like she had a long hard day. We had a good experience.

Not as good as it used to be to be. Everything is overpriced and the employees are not happy. When I checked out the girl had little to no customer service skills.

Hands down the best grocery story ever. I just genuinely wish they would stop trying to compete with the other fast food places. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. The sub department has always been a favorite staple of mine and the more they try to compete with the competition across the street, they’re changing the quality of their favorites. The new chicken lacks the flavor that the traditional one has always possessed. I would only wish; Not just for me, but have the new chicken as well as the old grilled chicken with much more flavor as an option. Besides that this place will always go unmatched when it comes to customer service and quality goods.

Worst checker ever. Had an attitude and packed groceries with aggression. Put cereal flat on bottom of bag and loaded heavy groceries on top. Who does that. Slap my lunch meat like she was tenderizer it. Terrible

Wegmans need to return the coffee bar to each store. Not for profit but to restore the fraternal experience. They need to put customer ahead of process. Without customer you won't have things to arrange in nice neat order . Don't be petty with sm large pricing . This all deviated from the founders mission and vision

Was purchasing a stainless steel bills cup at checkout. Manager cashier Joey realized that it had the wrong tag on it and made it priority to come over to mark up $5. He refused to honor the sticker and tag that were on the actual cup and then put it back on the shelf without changing anything.

This location has a lot more fruit section than other wegman's. Only had time to get a few items in front. Going to stop again to look at the whole store. Much brighter store than other ones.
