I love that it's set up with items with coupons set aside up front to make it easy. The location is great but the prepared foods at the deli left me unsatisfied. I got a 5 piece chicken tenders for $9... And it was 3 tenders with 2 little wings hidden underneath. It was labeled with another location on it but still not what I'd expect for that price especially

We have stopped shopping at this location permanently. The employees are not just indifferent but some are down right rude. Awhile ago I slid on something wet on the floor and fell in the dairy isle 20 feet from an employee stocking the self. He never even looked my way...and I was the only customer in the aisle. I am a senior and it took me a minute or so to get up off the floor...still not a glance from the employee. I finally said to him..I just fell here...there is water on the floor. He shrugged . Another employee showed up with a bucket and mop and just stood there. I told him that there was water on the floor and pointed to it...he replied...well I can't do anything about it with you standing there! I left the store with a scraped knee and not one person asking if I was ok. I reported the incident to the cashier and she did seem a bit empathetic but did nothing else. This incident happened some time ago and I'm still appalled at the lack of concern for safety and customer welfare. My husband now also refuses to go to that store after an employee would not substitute a comparable item for a sale item that was out in the deli . My husband asked to speak to the manger and was told she was too busy to talk to customers. We also went to buy corn on the cob..but had to wait while the employee stacked one piece at a time with his cart blocking the entire display. Three other customers were waiting for him to finish. Although these incidents happened over a period of time , including pre Covid..I still haven't forgotten how I felt when shopping at this store. When we do shop a Tops deal we go elsewhere. There has never been a cashier that says thank you at the end of a transaction at any location..it used to be...have a good day...now they just hand you the receipt and say...here you go! Unacceptable in times when when the competition is tough,

This top was ok we stopped in to check out their "hot food" section. I have to say I did like the layout of this one. It also wasn't overly crowded either. Lately we have been more Wegman's than Tops shoppers...Wegman's just has a better selection hands down! I would stop here again if I need a few items.

Pathetic. Two people working the registers and easily 5 to 6 people per line. If I wanted to wait in line and be annoyed I would have gone to Walmart. This is why Wegman's should have been my first choice. You live and learn I suppose.

Will never shop there again and it doesn't matter which location you go to. They are continually out of sale items they put in the ad and now they won't even give rain checks. They put this crap in the ad to lure you in there, they are out, and won't give rain checks and honor their ad. Way too many other places to shop. Will never step foot into this hole again.

I go to Tops every now and then just for the convenience of picking something up real quick. Today, I wanted to get some avocados and a few drinks--all in all, the experience was meh/AOK. Pros: I think it's relatively clean with A-OK produce and the store being well organized. It's also not overly packed. Cons: Checkout can take a while, even with self checkout. There was a price discrepancy and I offered to take a picture of the advertised price to show the person helping manage it. After doing so, she honored the price, but honestly I wish she was able to do so before the song-and-dance of having me take a picture of it and take my word for it (after all, it was only a $1 difference). To top it off, the pay function seemed defunct and the machine froze and a quick store run turned into a longer-than-it-should-have-been ordeal. Happens sometime, but I'm hoping things will be more smooth next time!

Avoid this location. It's not that clean, the staff don't seem to be too concerned when things get messy, and the selection can be very poor with different items. If an item is on sale, then you will have a good deal on your hands, otherwise prices aren't that great in general. The only benefit of this place is that the parking is pretty convenient.

This Tops is conveniently located en route to the rest of my grocery shopping, so I tend to pop in to grab what they won't carry. (Cauliflower, which comes in a convenient family sized pack.) If you can find a sale, and a coupon, you've hit the jackpot, as they will double any coupon under a dollar, unless specified by the manufacturer. Or unless you have the doublers from the ad, and then rejoice in your cheap cereal. By eating, because while throwing Fruity Pebbles in the air like confetti sounds great in theory, it is a pain to vacuum. They're really good about clearancing out all departments too if things are mildly damaged. Produce, grocery, dairy, frozen- which makes it all the more tempting to try that bag of Snickerdoodle marshmallows when they're only 52cents! Grab a basket, and wait patiently in line, as the registers are always scant, and self check takes forever, before breaking into your goodies in the parking lot.

I've been shopping faithfully once or twice a week here for at least 10 years and I've watched this location go right down the drain. It's at the point where I'm sitting in the parking lot contemplating going next door to wegmans. I dont know who the buyer is for pet stuff but they obviously don't have a dog. Also, the bulk dog section is sad. Every single bin that holds rawhides and the like have been empty for a month. No one bothers to check it. No one refills it. Today the guy doing carts and garbage dragged a bag of leaky garbage from the front all the way to the back storage room leaving a trail. I went back and the slime was still there a half hour later. It seems no one cares. The self checkout is never fully functioning. Several don't take cash. I'm hanging on here by a thread.

I have been shopping at Top's since the mid 70's when I was in my teens. I must admit, their prices on certain items are a bit high. I do like the specials and not to mention the gas points. Prices on necessary items have increased for every business over the years. I shop at multiple stores, warehouses, and packing houses so I can get the most for my bucks. At the end of the day everyone have to understand, it is what it is.

This location is not as busy as I would have thought. The layout of the store is good and I can find all my items fairly quickly. For it to be one of the older stores, I am glad to see they have a quick checkout line. As for the prices they are on par which Wegmans. The days of Tops being cheaper than Wegmans are long gone.
