“So many people know that these guys are honest and awesome mechanics, but did you know they are also a great and trustworthy body shop? My son was sideswiped in a hit and run. With no recourse I turned to Jimmy who's crew, in less than a week, got the car looking brand new. Price was right and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jimmy and crew for another job well done.”

“I brought my wife's car to Matt on the recommendation of a friend. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the work performed. The car was ready a day early and the job was great. When I told him about the problem with color matching and blending around the wheel well he took it back with no problem and got it back to me the same day. He really cares about doing a good job building a relationship and customer satisfaction. If you are in the Nassau Suffolk border area on the South Shore and you need a good body shop with an awesome paint matcher please do yourself a favor and stop by.”

“I took my Cadillac with Northstar engine to Motor Works because of a massive oil leak. I was met by Gary who welcomed me in and was an absolute professional. Gary gave me a quote to reseal the bottom half of the engine. With this car the engine has to come out to do the job properly. I was concerned because I had a feeling that the engine was also leaking from the top half. Gary said when the engine was out that they would look at it and let me know. The issue is once the engine is out I was worried that I would get hit by a long list of expensive parts and huge bill to put the car back together. Well after the technician pull the engine out it was recommended that a complete reseal of the engine be done because it was leaking all over. I was happy that they were taking their time to go over everything but I became worried about the cost. Gary informed me that it wouldn’t be that much more because the engine was already out. It was basically just the cost of the extra gaskets and parts. At one point Gary call me and asked if I wanted to add on new spark plugs because the ones that were in engine were not in the best condition. At no time did I feel any pressure to replace them and Gary did not tell me that I needed it. I also learned that they were going to replace the water pump seal. I asked him if he thinks I should replace the water pump and he said he thinks it would be a good idea but it was totally up to me. Well the car got done earlier than expected and when I picked up the car I received the final bill. I was charged a little bit more for the extra gaskets and when it came to the labor that too was very fair for all the time and work that was put into fixing the car. If I could sum up my experience in one word it would be fantastic. Thank you Gary and your team for the hard work, dedication and professionalism. Thank you for keeping me informed about the progress along the way. Good honest shops are hard to find. I am glad that I found you guys. If I ever need any work done in the future I know where I am going. Thank you again.”

“Auto-Topia honestly saved the day!!!! I was on a long drive from NJ when I got a flat tire from a nail and stopped here for help. They took me right in for an emergency tire plug and were so nice, helpful, and thorough. They explained everything, made sure the tire was safe, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s VERY RARE to find people this genuine and caring. I’m super grateful for their help and definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Came to them in a panic and left laughing and grateful!!!”

“I went out looking today for a shop that I can trust to do my 82 Corvette it needs some work done. I visited four locations around the area. I have picked the vet doctor first of all because the name sounds nice, but I spoke to one of the workers there who gave me a lot of information. I like to set up and they were very professional and very nice. Gave me a few pointers that I appreciate I definitely will recommend this place for anyone that needs work done. I will be going back to them because I find them to be very responsible and very knowledgeable of the inner workings of a Corvette. I will be taking my car to get some work done with them. I will call the owner Monday and set up. They’re very busy. I did not realize that it’s almost summertime. Everybody’s trying to get their vets on the road, some places are hooked up a month already, but I hope they can help me out. I just want to get mine on the road thank you.”

“Harold and his crew do great work! They replaced the clutch and dual mass flywheel on my 2012 Sportwagen TDI 6MT 177k miles. He gave me a labor estimate and stuck to the price quoted. I drove the car for a long time with a failing flywheel and all sorts of noises. Noises are all gone and it feels like I'm driving a different car now. Thank you H&H!!!”

“I walked into Sal’s one day needing an oil change and never expected I’d meet someone who could make something like car maintenance or trouble a pleasant experience. Selfishly, I think the only thing Sal ever did wrong was retire, but he surely earned it. I will sincerely miss his kindness, honesty, and hard work. Caring for my car will never be the same! Enjoy your well-deserved retirement Sal. You are irreplaceable to the Chille family! Joanna Chille Toto”

“I had a very complicated repair done at GART this month. I lost the 3rd gear on my 2016 Cayman GTS. Kenny and Susan were great, offering an alternative to the dealer solution. “We have been in business for years and have dealt with many dealerships over the years. Good and bad experiences with both parts & service at other places. It has been Great here. Consistently, we have received exceptional service both from the Mercedes of Massapequa parts and service department. Updated with texts and phone calls with any potential issues and also delivery status. Before we call. Things always happens with cars unexpectedly, but we will say this is a trusted vendor of ours. Special mention to John McGuire in Service. Thank you all for your help and professionalism!”
