“Came in right before closing with a flat tire.. without hesitation they took me in and changed my tire.. they where extremely nice and accommodating. They didn't care that they were about to close. Clint and Eulices were great and made me laugh. They turned a unfortunate situation into a not so bad one!! I highly recommend coming in for tires. They also matched my flat tire perfectly to the tires I had on my car!! Service was efficient and fast!!”

As someone who has had worked done on previous vehicles at other auto body shops in the past, this one, by FAR, exceeded my expectations. I had some bad damage to the rear passenger side of my 2025 Volvo XC90 as well as some deep scratches on my rear bumper. “This is now my go to auto body shop. Adam is kind, honest, and so transparent. My car was ready within the promised time, everything was done perfectly, and my car was given back to me cleaner than how I left it.
Adam navigated most of the insurance stuff for me, and if I had any questions he was always so quick to get back to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I cannot recommend the shop enough!! If you need an auto body shop, this is the place.”
“This is one of the best Auto Shops I've ever been to. I had an issue with my car (2015 VW Passat SE 1.8t); it wouldn't start. I called Geico because I thought it was a battery. When the Geico technician arrived, he told me it wasn't a battery but an alternator. The car still wouldn't start, so I had to find a car repair shop that could fix it the same day, since I depend on it (I work in the city). This shop was the only one that would take me with the condition that I needed it fixed the same day. The mechanics here did everything they could; they spent 4 hours looking for the problem, considering all the options of what could have gone wrong, and, at the end of the day, they fixed my car. It wasn't an alternator; it was oil residue near the starter that damaged it, so they had to replace the starter and fix the oil leak. The cherry on top after all of this is that they made sure to put it under my warranty, so that I didn't even have to pay anything; it was all covered. 5 Stars for sure!”
“It is nice to finally find an honest & good mechanic. I brought my 2022 Volvo to Ronnie as a second opinion. The car would not start, & the Volvo dealership of Huntington told me that it needed a new engine. That didn’t sound correct, as the car was only 3 years old. Ronnie examined the car and he told me that because the alternator was broken, the car battery would not charge. He replaced the alternator and my Volvo has been running great ever since.”
“I had an excellent experience at Long Island Car Care Center! The owner, Madison, was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. Their prices were also much more affordable compared to other shops I checked.
My Audi Q7 needed a starter replacement, which is a very complex job and while other places couldn’t handle the job, mechanic Mike had the experience and skill to get it done perfectly. The work was completed quickly, and my car runs like new again and gets it back on the same day.
I highly recommend Long Island Car Care Center if you’re looking for honest pricing, knowledgeable mechanics, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!”
