Pharmacy is always slow. While most of the people working there are very pleasant, there are some that are rude and give you attitude even though they are the ones wrong.

Pharmacy experiences are frustrating! Some fill your prescription early while others do not! The staff can be extremely rude. Only a few are pleasant. The operations are poorly managed; they can't even answer calls and get paid for doing nothing! CVS is declining. Only the Seaford CVS is friendly and knows how to handle things! It's outrageous for a CVS to want to drop a customer when they are the ones at fault; you can't fill a prescription and it's my fault! What a joke. They require better staff.

When the Massapequa CVS, where my mils prescriptions have been sent for years, blew me off I was sent here. The pharmacy tech and main pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get needle tips for insulin. More pharmacists need to be like the one here!!!

Pharmacy slams gate in your face at lunch time. They don't care you have been standing on line waiting. As slow as they are. They don't care. Slam gate. Come back later. Horrible.

This pharmacy is run so incredibly poorly. I have lost track of how many times this has been done to me, but it’s finally aggravated me enough to leave a review. My doctor writes a script, this pharmacy then says its too soon to be filled and to wait until a specific date. Then that date arrives and they tell me they are out of stock of the med they knew that I would be needing. I’m now going 8 days without a medication that I shouldn’t skip a day of. This place is the worst.

CVS of Amityville is charming and neat. The staff is always extremely helpful in all matters needed. It is easy to find items as all aisles are labeled according . The pharmacy is very professional and concerned about your well being . They get a 10. Extremely hard working staff. I love this CVS and have been frequenting it for 14 years now. Thumbs up. ?

Rarely find someone at register. They want you to use self checkout which is fine if you don't use coupons. The coupon box is always full because its tiny and not emptied often. So you end up waiting for an employee to come open the machine and push coupons down.
