“Thankfully, Not associated with the UbreakiFix in Smithtown at all. I needed my kids tablet repaired and Smithtown was never open and didnt answer the phone.
Despite being further from my home I called the Deer Park store. They answered the phone and said they could take a look. Later that evening they called me to let me know what the issue was. The Manager was very nice and informative. He told me the cost of the repair. The part and repair costs were a little more than I expected but it made sense based on the age/model of the device. There was no pressure to fix it and even suggested buying a new one would be cheaper. I still got it repaired and it works great now. The whole time they kept me in the loop and up to date on the status since parts needed to be ordered. Professional business every step of the way. Thanks again for all the help.”

“Tom was amazing. my phone fell onto a go cart track and was smashed. The phone was having trouble with a sensor and Tom was in constant contact with Samsung to resolve the problems. He went over and above and even discussed telephone tech with me. This is the second time I cracked the phone screen and I got out in 1 day feeling like my phone is new.”

“It is always great when your expectations are exceeded. I brought in a circuit board that needed some micro soldering. Jimmy the tech ( I believe) came out and got it done within 20 minutes. I was ecstatic!!!!!!! He saved me $300.00 in purchases that would of been needed for replacement. The young ladies that work there are extremely charming and professional. What a great place! Highly recommended.”
“Went to iFixScreens in Hicksville to repair the screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Artie had the phone diagnosed in less than 10 min (to be sure it was the screen that was the issue, which it was) and had a new screen installed in 15-20 min. Less than 30 min. from start to finish and my phone is working perfectly and looks beautiful with the new screen. The comfy couch in front of the TV was a bonus while I waited. I will definitely be using Artie from this point forward and will be recommending him to my friends.”

“First time at Superior Electronics to fix a Yamaha powered speaker (DSR115). The owner, Kent, has been doing this for 30+ years. Pro-audio and TVs are his specialty. I didn't even know this repair shop existed so close to where I live.He offered to check the speaker out and bill me an agreed rate only if he fixed it. No diagnostic fees. His rates were reasonable. He said it would take a week.One day since I dropped it off and he's fixed it. Some caps were blown.Great first experience. Highly recommended. Thanks, Kent!”
“I brought my phone to Wireless Shack because my phone sounded extremely muffled. I couldn't really hear what the person on the other end was saying. Very frustrating. The gentleman there fixed my phone by cleaning the inside earpiece and didn't charge me anything. It sounds so perfect now! I gave him a $10.00 tip! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!”
