“Great place. I broke my screen on my phone. Opened claim with Asurion & was advised to go to uBreakiFix. Matt C was the best!! The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was very nice, helpful & understanding. He went above & beyond & was very knowledgeable. So appreciative, thank you!! Will highly recommend Matt & will go back again to Matt @ uBreakiFix if I ever need to again.
In addition to above. I had to return 5 months later as my phone would not show home screen or go on unless I got a call or notification. The on/off/restart button wouldn't work & My screen was blank. Went to see Matt after trying to Google & fix it myself. In less than 5 min he magically did his thing. The rep at the front desk gave it back to me & said it was a software issue. I didn't get his name but he was so nice & helpful too! Thanks again Matt for saving the day!!! Highly recommend Matt at Deer Park location. THANK YOU!!!!”
“I brought 2 phones here in the last several weeks and received excellent pricing and service. All repairs were done in time for me to grab lunch and come back. What I really appreciated was that the owner gave me several options upon request and was concerned about meeting my needs vs. making the most money on the repair. “The service here is excellent. The staff is obviously knowledgeable, and I add as a compliment: relentless. They worked on two Nintendo 64s I brought in for repair until they brought them both back from the dead.
As an added bonus the staff are very personable. I looked forward to speaking with the woman who took on my broken consoles every time I got an update.”

I was quoted $350 to replace the screen on my SAMSUNG ULTRA 22 from them & the "kid" behind the counter was curt and not very friendly.

“The UBreakiFix associates were extremely helpful. I broke my screen and no longer had coverage through Apple care or Asurion to make the repair. The associate assisting a completing the Verizon verification with a temporary screen and providing pricing for out of pocket cost to repair the phone. Although the price was reasonable, making the investment in an older phone was not in my best interest. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

“I brought my phone to Wireless Shack because my phone sounded extremely muffled. I couldn't really hear what the person on the other end was saying. Very frustrating. The gentleman there fixed my phone by cleaning the inside earpiece and didn't charge me anything. It sounds so perfect now! I gave him a $10.00 tip! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!”

“They did a great job fixing my B&K Reference 50 S2 and communication was great. They apparently have all the stock of parts that was left when B&K went out of business and even updated my firmware with the very latest that had come out before B&K went kaput. I was very disappointed to find out that Stargate is now closed forever. It was the last hope for keeping those incredible B&K products going.”
“So I’ve been my daughter broke her phone three weeks ago. I’ve been trying every store in town from one to 11 town. We found the shop in Hicksville called. I fix screens in the CVS shopping center. The gentleman bilal was very honest. Help me out not only did he fix my screen. He took no money from me because he felt bad from the situation of how hard we were trying to work to fix my daughter’s phone so if you wanna get your phone fixed, I definitely will check these guys out.”
