“We had an incredible experience with Verbena. Jen and Marlene are absolute pros and guided us every step of the way. As a couple who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about flowers, Jen and Marlene did a great job of explaining different options we could choose from and used the color scheme for our wedding to put together stunning centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch for the alter. They also were able to integrate cuff links into a boutonniere to honor a loved one who passed before the wedding, which was touching and greatly appreciated. They had everything set up at the venue before we got there, and when we walked in with the wedding party everyone’s jaws hit the floor by how breathtaking the flowers looked for the ceremony and reception areas. They’re very nice and their flower arrangements are beautiful. As a matter of I ordered a bouquet for this Valentine’s Day and they accidentally forgot one thing and when I called they didn’t even ask they immediately sent the other flowers. She made time to meet with us and understand exactly what my daughter wanted and was extremely helpful making suggestions on details and flowers that would make the day perfect. “I’ll be honest, I had some doubts and a few panicked moments when I saw some of the reviews. They gave us a really amazing deal so it was difficult to refuse so I took a leap of faith. I got a little kick back on my design idea but with some reasonable negotiation my design really came to life. I’ll admit I spent a bit too much time on Pinterest as I imagine a lot of brides do. The only way I could wrap my head around some of these reviews is that people have a disconnect between reality/budget and what’s within reason. When I walked intoMy reception I was blown away, it was so beautiful. Not only what I had imagined but better. Truly stunning. So glad I took that leap of faith.
