Harold and his crew do great work! They replaced the clutch and dual mass flywheel on my 2012 Sportwagen TDI 6MT 177k miles. He gave me a labor estimate and stuck to the price quoted. I drove the car for a long time with a failing flywheel and all sorts of noises. Noises are all gone and it feels like I'm driving a different car now. Thank you H&H!!!

Harold is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Always tells it like it is and doesn't try to upsell you. I've had multiple Mercedes worked on by him and he never disappoints. Strongly recommend!

Harold is excellent. We've been using HH since our Q7 was out of warranty.

My experience at H&H was great! Harold walked me through the needed repairs and explained everything extremely well. It's tough to get a Mercedes-Benz repaired - H&H did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

If you own a Mercedes, Audi, or BMW this is the best shop around. Harold is the most honest mechanic you will ever find...no bs. He will never sell you on what you don't need and always looks for the most economical way to repair your car. This is why the shop is very busy. Take my word as a "car guy" it is worth the wait

I would steer clear of this shop! I went there for years, you can’t get in when you call or show up. I’ve waited a month with a car down. You never think that the time wasted will add up but then it does. I have had wrong procedures done before stumbling into the right repair. He always seemed to break something else along the way. He’s tied up my cars for months without end. I finally got thrown out because I needed something fixed that he was near to last time around. Yes, he fixes German cars! But you have to go through the ringer… You get the sense that chaos reigns supreme here.
