This is the worst moving company there is no claim department to file a claim if something is broken or damaged or missing….i have 7 boxes missing and Greg is doing nothing to help locate my boxes. I have written letters to him with pictures and even did return receipt requested at the post office and he did not sign the card and returned my letter. Do not go with this company I personally think the driver is stealing peoples belongings. I believe he puts it in his cab …I asked Greg to call the people who were on that truck with my household and he refused to do it to see if they received boxes that were not theirs. I offered to go pick it up in Florida but he was not accommodating . Stay away from!!!!!

First time moving, worst experience, I lost five boxes in which everything had meaning to me and antique large mirror pictures clothes shoes I didn’t realize to make a list or take pictures so I’m putting it out there do the same. My goods were left over the truck with a big big problem but I had no choice and what do they tell me when we wash our truck somebody took the stuff and they make you feel so ignorant like oh you’ll find it. Oh maybe you forgot maybe someone else has it nomy stuff went from the truck to my apartment that was it and unfortunately it stayed overnight and they expect us to file an insurance. my stuff went from the truck to my apartment that was it and unfortunately it stayed overnight and they expect us to file a insurance because they should be doing it. They’re the ones that lost it and we were there when they packed this stuff because it meant a lot to us so don’t lie to me where it is. Someone stole it antique mirror for pictures I’ve been of clothes, designer clothes, shoes so sad all the stuff that means so much to you is gone. Just be aware when choosing a moving company, this is my first time hopefully my last time but it came recommended and that was very surprised. It was a snowstorm December 21. There were three people helping them. I don’t care how long they worked for you. That means nothing. my stuff is gone and it’s not here so how do I connect those dots? I don’t want this to happen to anyone else because it’s costing me a lot of money now to replace all the stuff I left and when I called them, I didn’t get any support at all. I wish you good luck with your company, but please be aware something has to be going on.

Using Leavy Brothers was the best choice we could have made for our move out of state. From start to finish, Greg, Sy and his team over at Leavy has been nothing short of fantastic. They are professional and thorough. They took care of our items like it was their own. I would 100% recommend Leavy Brothers moving for any moving you have planned in the future!

The 4 gentlemen who completed the move were EXCELLENT. Everything was carefully wrapped and handled professionally. The move was executed completely in accordance with our agreement. Nothing broke, nothing went missing and the final cost was exactly what we agreed to prior to the move. I plan to use them again in the future.

We had 7 guys and 3 trucks that moved our entire home in one day. These guys did an amazing job and we had no damage to any of our stuff. Our experience was a 10 + Great team to work with and we highly recommend Levy Bros!

Move and store. A lots of promises. Lots of lies. They moved us out of our home in November. Stored furniture and then Moved us into our new home in January. In the process Damaged high end furniture and broke the metal door and hinges from garage into house. They also lost boxes important possessions. Time was more important than quality. They promises to fix everything and that was in January 2023. Even after numerous calls and their promises to remedy all issues they don't even return our calls for remedy. They just kept leading us on. It is now the end of September 2023. Not worth what was paid. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies.

Thiss team was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my move went smoothly. They took great care with my items, packing them carefully and transporting them safely to my new home. I was extremely impressed with their level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable moving company.

Used Leavy in October 2022 to move from Long Island, NY to FL. Happy that we were able to have our own truck and that the same crew that loaded the truck in NY would unload in FL. Competitively priced. We were pleased to use an owner-managed company. Greg, the owner, did the estimate and up until the moving date the company was very communicative. Unfortunately, several pieces arrived damaged. Everything we packed ourselves in boxes arrived perfectly intact as did the furniture pieces Leavy properly wrapped in moving blankets. Several pieces were either not fully wrapped or weren’t wrapped at all. In fact, we verified 3 separate times that the components of the king size bed would be wrapped in blankets, and were assured all 3 times that they would be. They were not – the packing crew lied 3 times. Not a single component of the bed was wrapped in blankets, resulting in significant damage. In all, 7 pieces of furniture were damaged. To his credit, upon notification Greg immediately arranged for repair. The repair tech came about a month later to do the repairs. Most he was able to do onsite, but if we wanted the bed components to be properly and fully repaired, he would need to take them to the shop for 3 months. We declined and he did his best to do the repairs onsite. They’re far from perfect but we accepted them as is. Followed up with Greg twice regarding the repairs and got no response. Would have been extremely pleased with the experience had the moving crew done their job properly. Disappointed that Greg ghosted us. Our advice is to supervise every step of packing and loading.

Our experience with Leavy Brothers was excellent. Moving day had non-stop torrential rain. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and sealed to protect each piece from the rain. The crew was professional and accommodating throughout and made what could have been a stressful situation fine. Everything was carefully placed where we asked. We opted for Leavy Brothers to pack for us and were very happy with the level of protection afforded out items – there was absolutely no damage to any of our things.The owner (Greg) gave us a very competitive estimate and answered all of our questions. He provided many tips that made our move easier. The actual cost of the move ended up below the estimate. Greg is terrific to work with. We strongly recommend Leavy Brothers.

The phone was always answered immediately, with responses to all my questions addressed. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. Great Job!!

DO NOT USE THEM!! I moved to NC. from NY in 2021 and it has been a nightmare. They lost my headboard and ruined my Sleep Number bed. I had other things either lost or broken. I had to file for the lost and broken items. The estimate was $6500 and all they game me was $850 that after 2 Years, I finally got my check. I had an older man with a bad back move my stuff. If it wasn't for the day workers that they hired, it would have taken them into the late night to finish. BTW, they moved 2 other families that day in the same truck. I'm sure someone else is enjoying my electric piano.
