Today I visited the store in Massapequa to adopt a puppy with my family. A woman walked up to me and started yelling at me that my children were touching the puppies. When I turned around those children were not even my own. She was extremely nasty and when I explained to her that she was being nasty she opened up a big mouth. So then I spoke back to her and she kicked me out of the store. She was extremely inappropriate and lost future customers.

If I could I'd give negative stars.. went in our of curiosity and found big dog breeds in fours trapped in glass boxes, they have no room for these dogs it's absolutely sickening.. poor things are biting on eachother and eating each other's p*** bc they have no room. Anyone who can work there and be okay with this abuse is sick... puppies deserve love.. but these shitty stores and puppy mills are disgusting.. this place is a s*** hole. Get more space you sell dogs for crazy prices the least you can do is give them more space.. disgusting humans.

I feel really bad for all the dogs in this dump. They look like they're starving, they all have their bones poking out, it's terrible. This place is so overpriced it's ridiculous. Not only that, but the owner is a complete a hole. Not a nice guy at all, keep the damn dog have a nice day.

Dogs in tiny spaces . A few larger puppies in small glass boxes with other dogs in it. Most of them look sad.

I purchased a very expensive pure breed last week.Took her home and 48 hours later she was admitted into hospital with severe case of pneumonia. She is still in hospital 5 days later and I am not sure for how much longer. weighting 3 lbs and on a nebulizer and IV antibiotics. The store manager said just take a refund and move on. As a pet lover I said no. I am not giving her back to a place who didnt care enough to recognize she had such severe illness. He told me she just

I purchased an adorable German Shepherd puppy about a month ago. The employees at this place of business pressured me into making the decision to get a puppy, never told me who the financial company was, anything about the financial agreement (like the interest rate). The supervisor said "the finance company tells them what to charge", that the company sets their prices nor disclosed anything about the puppy like who her parents were until after the contracts were signed. I later found out that they only feed the puppies twice a day and the pens that the puppies are kept are unkept, dirty and are too small for not only the big dogs but for the multiple puppies put into a single pen. When I was signing the contract, I had agreed upon one price with the store manager and another employee and then a third employee came over and raised the price. That is the typical bait-and-switch. When I asked about the issue if my older dog at home doesn't like the puppy what would happen, I was told by Victoria: "not to sound mean but oh well. Its your puppy now. You can't return the dog unless its life is in danger or the dog dies within the next three days." I also inquired about if the store deals with puppy mills and Victoria responded with "Definitely not" except the breeder my GSD puppy came from is a puppy mill - Jake Kruse out in Iowa. This puppy did come with a common parasite from said puppy mill but according to Luxury puppies that its okay because as long as you bring the puppy to their recommended vet they will pay for it. I also paid a $650 administrative fee which included a vet visit that never occurred since I got this dog 1 day after she arrived at the store and the vet comes 2 twice a week tops (according to them and their recommended vet).

Jekyll and Hyde Experience at Sunrise Mall Store 1 Star as it wouldn't let me rate 0 Called on Saturday 3/20/21 to see if my young daughter and I could stop in to see some puppies or if we needed an appointment. "C'mon in" they said and we did. Very pleasant experience with their rep Nick who was very friendly and congenial, letting us see several puppies in a relaxed pressure free manner. We left with some information and some things to think about. We decided to return on Sunday to see the puppies again. Website says they open at 11am. Arrived at 1130 only to learn mall doesn't open until noon. No problem as they have a nearby store were going to visit afterward so we re-route there instead. No luck as they were closed due to Covid-19 but had plenty of signs redirecting us back to Sunrise Mall. How hard is it to keep a Web site updated these days? Back to the store in the mall as it was now after noon and open. Store was practically empty but as soon as we took a step in, we were confronted by a very surly manager who chastised us for not having an appointment and why did I think I could just walk in? I told him about the pleasant experience we had yesterday and was unaware of needing an appointment. He ignored that and said well I can't just walk in as the mall gets crowded and its appointment only. I pointed out that there was almost no one in the store and we wouldn't get in the way of anyone who showed up with an appointment. No deal. I asked okay, how can I make and an appointment and I was told WHEN I was ready to buy a dog I could make an appointment. I told him that I didn't ask when I could make an appointment but rather HOW is it done. Did I need to fill out a form on their website, or just call the store or was Saturday open for walk-ins and Sunday's reserved for appointments. Ignored again and was then told that if I was going to buy a dog today we could come in. So much for their Saturday experience and their insistence on an appointment. Said I couldn't commit to buying a dog today as we were still looking. Young daughter was upset (she's no snowflake but she was shocked at the change in attitude overnight). We walked in were scolded to look but not touch anything. We took a 30 second look and left. While this experience was unpleasant it was eye opening and I am glad I saw it firsthand, especially after a very good experience on Saturday. I won't even consider doing business here and will make sure I tell as many people as I can about our experience. I don't know who was there on Sunday but if it wasn't the owner, this person needs training in customer service or needs to be let go. If this was the owner, he should consider a new line of business. Absolutely abominable customer service.

Wonderful Experience at Luxury Puppies and Will helped us big time. We had always adopted shelter pups before but did not want a pit bull. Got our new beloved Chloe, our Golden Lab puppy because we had specific requirements at home with grandchildren and an older dog. All you haters shouting ‘Adopt Not Shop!’ aren’t looking at the big picture. We spent weeks trying to adopt and found nothing but food aggressive pit bull breed mixes with many abuse issues. So please don’t cond

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. Puppies are not being taken care of all. They grab them out of the small cages they have them In. The manager is a very rude nasty man named William. Will never step foot back in here again. Also reported them for shut down.

This place is outrageously rude. The sign for "appointments only" is in 8 size font. We proceed to see the puppy's and the guy starts screaming at us to look at sign I can't even read with out my glasses. We don't wear glasses

They sold me a Labrador retriever that was already sick, I don’t recommend this place at all and even tho they give 5 years of veterinary coverage the veterinary is also bad.
