They showed up on time, worked very hard all day, and accomplished the move of 43 years of accumulated furniture, books, clothing, and boxes of documents used in my 52 years of practicing law. And price wise, they finished the job for the estimate given to us. Excellent and friendly service.”

“My mother and I used the services of Smart Choice Moving and Trucking INC. in order to move our belongings out of our storage unit and into our new apartment on March 10th. When I called for the first time, the estimate that I was given was reasonable and fit within my budget.

On the day of the move out, everything went smoothly and painlessly. The two gentlemen who helped us move everything--I believe that it was Mr. Phillip and Brock (I sincerely apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly)--were both kind, worked in a careful, neat, and organized manner, and treated our property with care and respect, both when they loaded everything onto the truck and when they took everything off of the truck and brought our belongings inside of our apartment.

Midway through the job, I realized that my mother had unintentionally given me a significantly underestimated value of the number of boxes and bags that we had to have moved when I had originally called to ask for an estimate. Instead of being angry or upset about this, Mr. Phillip and Brock happily continued the job past the allotted time frame. They even placed my powerchair in their truck at the very last minute when the original transportation plans that I had for that fell through.

Sidenote: I paid them extra for transporting my powerchair and made sure to tip them both very well on top of that after the job was complete, in order to make up for the fact that we had accidentally underestimated how much stuff had to be moved.

In short, my experience using Smart Choice Moving and Trucking INC. was a great one. The guys who work there are fantastic people who take their job seriously and strive to make their customers happy. If I ever have to move again in the future, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
