“I was at Walgreens yesterday picking up several prescriptions. The gentleman at the counter demonstrated patience and excellent customer service to a customer who was having difficulty getting her prescription filled. The service person took the time to explain the cost of the prescription as well as the customers prescription coverage. This young man went above and beyond what was expected or required to treat the customer with dignity and respect. I commend Walgreens for hiring and training him well.
