When I arrived at the service department my service advisor, Jordan Stargot greeted me with much respect. He quickly printed the work order and explained it to me clearly. He also answered all my questions in detail. I was very happy with the service Jordan provided and appreciated his hard work!

Just want to start off by saying if you want to be disrespected, harassed, and ignored this is definitely the dealership for you. The service writer Ed is very unprofessional, and will fly off the handle at any second and try and pick fights with their customers. This is quite possibly the worst dealership on Long Island, recently had an issue with my trucks screen fixed by then by them. I had made an appointment to drop my truck off which I had done and then my truck had sat at the dealership for a week and a half never receiving a call back from them. Would call daily for an update, but could never actually get in contact with anyone to help me or find out what is going on, and a call back was obviously simply not gonna happen. Finally, I went to the dealership and spoke to the service manager. I was told by bill the service manager that when you schedule an appointment to have your truck looked at that is only to speak to an advisor and not to actually have the truck looked at the truck proceeded to sit there for another couple days and parts were finally ordered. When I finally went to pick the truck up, I am mediately noticed that the problem was not fixed where I was told by my service advisor Ed to take the truck and it will fix itself which stupidly I had done. I hadn’t called him back the next day stating that the truck is still not fixed where I was asked what I would like to do and I replied, have my truck fixed. I was then told that I can drop the truck off, but he wasn’t able to give me a day they were gonna be able to look at it. And was told that they had replaced parts that were not actually replaced. I then went back to the dealership to speak with the advisor where I was taken into his office, and when I had told him that he wasn’t telling the truth about the parts that they had replaced, he then proceeded to turn around, shut the door behind him and say, “is this how you want to do this?” He then proceeded to come around from behind his desk get in my face and stick his finger inches from my nose, where he began to scream and yell me saying “I never lied to you. “I’m not a liar” “Inever lied to you those parts were changed” which were very evident not to because he had stated that the screen for the radio was replaced, which it never was because it had the half peeled film still on it. It is amazing that a dealership can conduct, and carry themselves in such a poor unprofessional manner with no respect or any thought behind their actions or towards their customers! and it is simply disgrace they treat people. So if you want a dealership that when you make an appointment, your truck will still sit there for two weeks. You will not receive a call back and you will be berated, harassed and constantly treated poorly by this security, Jeep Dodge and Chrysler of Amityville is definitely a spot for you. if you were able to give negative stars They are definitely truly deserving of that !!!

Customer service I received in the Service Department was outstanding. They really cared to reassure I was taken care of and thank you so much to the advisor Eddie. He is the reason I'm content I made a good choice buying from Jeep for the 1st time. They really help me to make sure service was being completed as quickly possible and reassuring I was able to drive my family where they needed to go. Going from other Makes to Jeep was definitely a good choice because they treat you like family. Thank you Eddie and service team!!!!!

This is my second Jeep lease with Security Dodge. Alise is the best person to work with. She makes the buying process easy and fun. She really listens to what you want and how much you are willing to spend. I would recommend her to everyone looking to lease a new car.

Honestly this place was top notch for me because of Anthony. He was such a great person who helped us with the entire process of getting a car. I bought a bmw from here, and the experience was just great. Filled with patience, kindness, and very useful Information. They aren’t like other dealers trying to pocket your money, or charge you extra. Very respectful and straight forward place. I loved it. Thank you Anthony for everything you have helped me and my family with. Will definitely recommend this place to others !

This is our second lease from Security Dodge. Giuseppe made our second lease experience at Security Dodge incredible. Security Dodge as a whole was awesome. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful. Giuseppe solidified our deal, but both our Salesman Jason (Jay) Lopez and Sales Manager JR were also fantastic. Jonathan (John) V. checked in on us while we were waiting to pick-up our new vehicle and it was greatly appreciated! Our Finance Manager Will Venture made the process as quick and seamless as possible. As I said the customer service is top tier, you can tell your business is valued. Amazing Service Department. Went in without an Appointment with a road hazard repair and was seen so very quickly that I was also able to get an Oil Change. Julia the Service Coordinator that took me in was extremely professional and helpful as was everyone in the dealership as I waited for my repair and service. Definitely 10 Gold Stars on this visit as well as other service visits I had done in the past at Security Dodge.GREAT DEALERSHIP !!

The nature process at Security Dodge was awesome. Alise was an amazing sales representative with excellent knowledge of the products and beyond friendly and welcoming. At the end of the experience I felt like I had known her forever. John processed all the financials and he too was amazingly knowledgeable and accommodating working out a number of scenarios so that I could choose the one best suited for mine and my sons needs. The facility is also beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend Security Dodge!

DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!My daughter purchased a used “certified” vehicle and has been experiencing issue after issue since a day after driving it off of the lot. The car had no antenna, start/stop not working. A clunking noise. FOUR different tires. Yes, I said all FOUR tires on the car are different. She had the car in their service department THREE times with each time taking days for the repair. Asking for a business card and email address to contact someone higher up is like pulling teeth. No one returns my calls. I hope they actually read this instead of having a “bot” respond. You people do realize there is a thing called the Lemon Law< correct? Because you are now at that point. Your place should be shut down and I would strongly suggest that maybe all of the people on here file a class action suit. It appears that there are a bunch of incompetent individuals running this so called establishment

ram 2022 1500 limited.my truck not fixed after it's stay at security dodge chrysler jeep ram from 05/10/2023 to 07/27/2023 , it's 2.5 mounts for fixed small oil leak. (i can fixed this leak in 60 min if i have the parts)for top of this when i pick up broken vehicle battery is dead , i must replace battery in my own cost?i payd lease for 2.5 mounts, have no loner car and after 2.5 months recive still broken truck with same oil leak and dead battery.you seriously provide that's shit service for all of you customers?how can chryslen resolve this problem?whos provide real warranty for ram ? can someone answer my question?

Horrible service. Problems with the tire pressure indicator. I went to go fix it and the problem was still there the next day. The taxes and fees that they have were maybe triple what the other dealerships I was looking at had. Not only was I overcharged but they also denied to send the registration till I paid more money because the registration was an “estimate”, I’ve gotten two other vehicles registered before, they were the same rate. Horrible experience, would’ve gone to another dealership.
