My salesperson Raj took a lot of time and patience with me. He showed me several possibilities and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. Processing was fast and he even helped me get my new car home.

This is the fourth time we got to Southshore Nissan, and every time it’s easier and better. From the moment we got there Sebastian was both friendly and knowledgeable of what comes in the car we were looking for. Even the usual haggling back and forth in pricing and financing was very fast and easy.

Erica was great and very helpful. She made the car leasing experience very smooth and was super attentive. To no fault of her The only part that took longer than expected was waiting over an hour to speak to finance after agreeing to the lease. However we only spent about 15 minutes in there speaking with the finance person and walked out with my new vehicle. I suppose this was due to other clients negotiating but had that time been shorter it would have been an exceptional experience. But overall I was satisfied with my visit.

Used to be an excellent dealer recommended to me by multiple friends. Apparently, there has been a change in management at which point things has gone downhill. They no longer return your calls, their "sales managers" may decide to give you a lecture if you don't show up for the appointment for a valid reason and don't honor their offers. Last month I spent half a day negotiating a deal with a sales manager and we agreed on a deal - right before sending me the contract, he texts me: "never mind. no deal. thank you". No explanation whatsoever! I called him and he said his broker already sold the car. You know I can understand and that happens but at least do a curtesy call, apologize and explain what happened and assure the customer that we could continue working on another deal. But no! He just disappears and then texts on the last day of the month (if he cannot push out all the cars from the inventory). Very disappointing and I don't think I want to give my business to this dealer anymore or recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

This was my first time at the dealership & it was by far the worst situation I’ve ever experienced. First & foremost I live two & a half hours away from the dealership. I was told I was approved for an amount of 33,000 on a vehicle & was told that I had a $2000 voucher to go towards my down payment. I was ecstatic at the offer, not really knowing too much about it, read a couple good reviews so I wasn’t second guessing it. I was told by someone named “ Darlene “ that I was approved & my credit was fragile & I should come in right way & to only bring a pay stub & my I.D. I explained my whole situation to “ Darlene “. So I drove damn near 3 hours because of traffic & passing hurricane, weather conditions were horrible . I get there, I wait in the waiting area, I hear Darlene’s voice so I look up & I’m thinking it’s Darlene because it’s the exact same voice I was hearing on the phone, come to find out it was someone else names Yisely. So that was the first red flag so she took to the back to the office & explained that she works with Darlene thinking I didn’t recognize the voice but good thing I had my brother speak to her too so he knew it was the same voice as well. So she begins to tell me, I need thousands of dollars & all type of stuff, photo copied my I.D without even finishing elaborating which wasn’t told to me before I arrived I would’ve never wasted my time, I could’ve stayed at home with my kids, now I’m left with an auto inquiry on my credit report with no automobile .. It was a bad experience, has me second guessing ever going to another dealership.

If i could rate 0 stars.. I would. Charged me for a new key bc my car wouldn't start. Next day comes by and i'm stuck at work because it has the same issue that i initially brought in to get fixed. Told me they can't do anything to help me with a tow. Brought it to a different shop and they fixed my issue the first time with no problems.

They're nothing short of predatory vultures. This so-called "stealership" reeks of unprofessionalism, from the ear-splitting heavy metal music to the baffling frat-house-style party room in the back. Whatever they're up to back there, it's absolutely out of place in a legitimate car dealership. My mother-in-law was blatantly overcharged with exorbitant fees and outrageous rates. This place preys on the unsuspecting rather than offering genuine assistance. Steer clear of this establishment (and all of Nissan); there are far better options out there.

Overall seamless experience. SalesmanMarvin and manager made things right after a small glitch in communication.Nissan Rogue… love the car… would definitely recommend the dealership.

I bought a Rogue on Monday (Sept 4), allegedly certified pre-owned. I was so exhausted and worn down by the end of the process that I just started to drive home immediately after getting the car. The check engine light went off half way to my house. From the dealership. Literally haven’t been in this car for more than 20 minutes. The car was so empty on gas that I had fo pull off the expressway and as soon as I did the car was freaking out and didn’t let me go over 20mph until I filled it up. The alert for low battery went off for the key fob. Both of those things I would’ve just let go but the check engine light? I’m EXTREMELY concerned about the safety of this car. I have no idea if this is something small or something that’s a significant issue.Overall, this has been a remarkably terrible experience car shopping. My sales person (Erika) was great and worked with me, but the car itself leaves much to be desired.I called a little over an hour ago but no one’s returned my call yet. I really needed a reliable car and instead I got another huge, expensive headache.P.S. found this pretty big chipped paint mark on the back of the car just now. Did not notice this at the dealership and no one pointed it out to me either.

Problems with the transmission and other items. Had to tow the car in and the entire repair process from management to technicians was handled in a fantastic manner. Great communications before during and after repairs where made. Southshore ALWAYS comes through for me and the other family vehicles.

Ada is amazing… if anyone is looking to drive, she’s your girl. Look for her at South Shore Nissan. Last month I walked in here and after allowing me to browse for a bit, she found me and helped me pick out my car. I been driving for a month now and am so in love with my car.She went above and beyond on that day to help me find a car in my price range and that matches my lifestyle.

Came in looking to trade my car, but it didn't work out financially. No problem. The car dealer Raj forgot to give back my spare key, which he called me and I said I couldn't return as I was traveling the next day, and I couls pick it up when I got back. So long story short, he lost my key. The "manager" was like "that's not our problem." And Raj said I had to pay half and he'll pay half and tried blaming me, the customer, for it. He admitted to having a "memory" problem. Then he asked me "do you have proof you left the keys with me?" To which I replied that yes, as I still have our text messages
