“Dominique was very polite. She was knowledgeable about the storage gave me detailed options to see which would best to suit my needs. Made it an easy transition into my storage space. It was a pleasure.”
“Been at this facility for years and are very happy. It’s clean and well kept. Secured and gated with two loading docks. Lene the store manager is amazing if you need anything ask for her.”
“I had a great experience with this U-Haul. The process was easy and straightforward. Shelest, Stefany and Michael was friendly and was very helpful. They even have storage 1 month free with a rental, 1 year price lock guaranteed and no administration fees. Awesome! I would definitely recommend this U-Haul to anyone who needs a moving truck, trailer or storage. Great service overall!”
“Rob was great! He was very helpful as he guided me flawlessly through the process. Overall, an excellent experience. Would highly recommend the Hicksville facility to others.”

“Incredibly easy to rent from. The 20’ truck was a perfect size suggestion, quick and easy rental and return. Marcos, Arron, and Jordan were all incredibly helpful and while I hope to not need to move and rent a truck again, I would only consider using them. So much better and easier than their competitors!”
“William was very helpful and knowledgeable! The check in process was smooth and he explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. The drop off process was just as seamless. With moving already being a pain itself, it’s important to have a person be patient/understand and William did just that.”
“Everything was great they we very helpful and accommodating with my rental Everything went very smoothly thank you. Highly recommend location ?? ?? ? ?”

“Tamia is definitely an An asset over here. Her professionalism, and assistance was imperative to help me during a very frustrating situation (moving) and made it absolutely easy with some of the best recommendations and proper advice.
However, I will advise that U-Haul needs to get with the times not being able to tap and pay is a big discredit towards your business!”
“The Team at Ryder Farmingdale is Fantastic to deal with. We wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent the trucks we need and use on a regular basis. Thanks Ryder for your great customer service !!!”
“Christian made our experience really good. The only bad thing is when we went to the store it was under 15 degrees outside and the thermostat within the store was locked at 61 degrees, making the store extremely cold. Something should be done about this.”
“Had a great experience at this Penske location. The truck ran well, shop was well organized, and has good operating hours. The desk attendant Alex took our experience from great to exceptional. He was very accommodative, answered all our questions, and got us on our way in a timely manner. Will definitely be back and recommend visiting this location.”

“Rented a van here. Joe was great and easy to work with. Everything was clearly explained and pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. The van was clean, had plenty of fuel for my trip, and was in excellent shape. I will definitely use them again, for sure. Thanks again to Joe!”

“Great U-Haul location. Get all your moving supplies here. Boxes, specialty boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, hand trucks and so much more. If course you can rent trucks from a cargo van up to a 24 foot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for all your moving needs.”
“When I got there in the morning the windshield was full of ice and snow I didn't have anything to clean it off with the guy did offer me a little broom but also told me I'm responsible if anything happens had to spend a half hour of my time and the gas that I had to pay for to wait for it to warm up and clear off otherwise truck was clean people were nice”

“Ok, as unfortunate as this is, we had to move again 10/1. I have to say, once again, the friendliest guy ever. Certainly hope I don't have to move again soon but would definitely come back if I had to. This is him below... he deserves the recognition! (This is so creepy...but I don't have his name and just googled the Bethpage location)”
