A friend recommended me to go for my car battery check. I wasn't sure if it was battery but Mike in customer service checked it for me for free with a special machine and was very helpful. As he gave me good advice and was very kind I went back weeks after to buy the battery and have it installed. I was very pleased with service and the fair price. I didn't need appointment and they where very quick to help and install. Thanks ?

December 13th 2021In search pick up a metal bonding kit to fill in a small hole in a utility cart.First item picked up rings up 5 cents :"Sorry I can't sell it to you "He picks up another item , rings it up .... 5 cents !"Sorry I can't sell you anything today, go to (mentions another retailer)"****I called their customer service and their representative is sending me a $10 gift card.So silly - they should have sold me a nickel item , it's now costing them $10 bucks plus postage !*****UPDATE:No gift card receivedI did follow up Jan 3rd call: NO GIFT CARDI did follow up call call Jan 19 : NO GIFT CARDPoor customer service and policy!

I called in the morning in regards to brake pads and ordered the brake pads for delivery at 4:15 in the afternoon. I asked the counter clerk if they would definitely going to be there and he said no problem that the company had them in stock. I arrived to pick up the brakes and was told that there was no delivery for my order.I advised them I drove 45 minutes to get them but there the clerk said maybe tomorrow.I will just go to other stores from now on.
