I have two sales and one buy with Chad as my agent. The way how he treated me and handeling my first sell and then a buy the new house he was my only choice for selling this one. He sold it for 24 hrs and for over asking price. With him something that can be so frustrating becoming almost fun. I like seeing his smily face or hearing "What's up?" when he is answering phone 😆.
If you need a realtor who will treat you with respect and kindness and be there for you every step on the way of stressful process, do not hesitate, he is your the best choice, simply because he is the best of the best!

If you are thinking about putting your house on the market, I advise you to meet with a realtor for advice and guidance. We did just that and met with Chad Majewski. He is a wealth of knowledge in Real Estate. He came to our house and gave us suggestions as to how to increase the value of our home.
Chad Majewski is outstanding in his field and I would recommend him to anyone that would like to sell their home.
