HORRIFIC! No microwave, clogged bathroom sink. Tarnished and moldy bathtub with moldy shower curtain, nails sticking out of the side of the bathroom door, and they don’t even provide fresh towels. You have to bring your old ones down for them to wash. Housekeepers LITERALLY wearing pajamas to work. This places needs to be shut down.

So I am absolutely disgusted I don’t have the words to explain how gross this room we almost stayed in Everyone knows we just lost everything in a fire few weeks ago and have to stay in such a disgusting place and to see mothers and their young children staying there because it’s their only option if they are homeless because that’s where Dss sends them, and I am not blaming DSS they probably are unaware this woman is running a mice infested motel and this is not okay. Even after telling her there was mice poop on my sheets and dresser drawer she still refused to give me the money back on the room.

The workers just bardge in if your door isn't locked when your sleeping. They bang on your door very loud early in the morning. There's BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and room window as well as bathroom window. And the owner throws people out with newborn baby's and fo running the shower to take a shower

i saw a cockroach just chillin next to the “community shared microwave” I brought it to the attention of the night clerk and she killed it and said”1 down .. a million to go’”
this hotel provides shelter for individuals seeking help from DSS as a result of be coming victim as a result of escaping a Domestic Violence situation or eviction .. or just becoming homeless.. in this respect the hotel is an asset to the homeless community, but having an infestation of covkroaes in plain view, and also the rooms seen on the website are not the rooms available to the DSS clients.. the rooms available to these clients are minimal amenities.. space towels sheets .. no garbage pickup.. or continental bfast, or suitable shower conditions. as the finish on the tub and shower are peeling.. debris when showering and bathing.

This place is so disgusting , has drug addicts all over the place , rooms are barley cleaned and a few rooms has bed bugs don’t come to this motel your wasting your money

I spent the night here I got a bed bug bites. Besides all the criminals walking around trying to earn a living as the jails dump them there the owners are so disrespectful. Do not pay for this place. Most inmates get it for free.
