I have never written a review before but the customer service in this store is so bad at the service desk/checkout. i am a very patient person but this has happened to me repeatedly where I wait forever and ever and associates are just standing around and don't seem to care at all.

I ordered over $1500 from Lowe's for retainer wall & had 60 retainer wall caps scheduled for delivery today 8/1/23 . I extended wall further & had an additional 21 caps added to order. Have hired workers here waiting to finish job & just found out the delivery coordinator changed the delivery date to 8/8 when she added the additional 21 caps. Told there's nothing they can do . Asked to speak to Ashley the store Mgr . After being transferred around store back to customer service , they said at first they couldn't locate Ashely , then said she's busy. What happened to "I'll be sure to get her the message & have her call you back"?? What happened to customer service at Lowe's ? What happens when lowes drops the ball & doesn't care to even get a call back , let alone go see the importance of correcting an issue that was not made by the customer ?Not even confident the message got to Ashley the store Mgr . to address issue.

I'm not sure why this store has such bad reviews. My mother and I had a great experience when we were buying floor tiles. We had a lovely man Bill come right up to help..and we found some that were on clearance that were perfect. They had exactly how many boxes we needed. The boxes were insanely heavy..8 huge porcelain pieces per box. But Bill put them in a cart for us and helped load them into our tiny car. They were so heavy that the trunk was almost dragging on the ground haha. It turned out that we bought the wrong kind and had to immediately turn back around *sigh* When we got back Bill came out and helped unload the car with us. We felt so bad, but he was so kind and didn't seem annoyed at all. We will definitely be buying the right tiles there. They have a great selection and good prices. Special shout-out to Toni at customer service for checking us out quickly and helping with the return. Thanks to Rachel for her knowledge and kindness. And to Garrett for helping us load the car.

Ordered a rider lawn mower online for home delivery cpl weeks ago, said it would be delivered the 13th between 8-12, after 12 and no one showed up called store and they said they didn't even receive equipment in store yet and couldn't tell me when I would get it.....complete garbage and I'll never be buying anything from them again because they are incompetent of basic things
