Management needs to immediately fire the kid with curly hair with his AirPods in working in the loading area by plumbing at 5:15 on Sunday June 30th. Not sure if his name, but he needs to go. I’ve spent well over 50,000 this year at Lowe’s, everyone knows me there and is helpful, except for this kid. He’s extremely rude, he will ignore you if you ask a question because his AirPods are in. Tried to ask a plumbing question, he walked away because he wasn’t even listening. Get rid of him. Bad business to keep this guy around. Manager wasn’t around and I didn’t catch his name. Please find him and address this!

My husband went in to look for a tools that he was not sure they sell. Walked around looking and was also checking his phone to look up the tool and the manager of the store said he looks very suspicious putting his hands in his pockets while walking around. The manager continued to fallow him around until he went to self check out. Manager barely spoke any English. Probably won’t go back Home Dept is next door.

On a recent visit to get materials for a job that had to be done in Amsterdam NY we dealt with Joe in tools and hardware department and he went above and beyond to provide the exact materials needed to get the job done with a lot of math and estimating included. Big thanks to Joe for helping us out and providing exceptional customer service. Everything we needed was in stock and available which saved a ton of time and headache.He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely recommend.

They left all the riding lawn mowers out to get rusted. Open the hood look in the engine they are all rusted out so glad I did not order one from here

We were at Lowe’s in Amsterdam NY this past weekend and wanted to commend one of your associates (believe his name was Joe - he was working in the hardware aisle). He offered his assistance and helped us find what we needed in the aisle. He then asked if there was anything else (which there was!) and went out of his way to help us locate another item we were in search of.
Admittedly we had previously been to a competitor location (since they had a hard to find item in stock) and the customer support was lacking.
We hope you can recognize this employee. It’s experiences like this that keep us coming back. Thank you!
