Went in to get a new phone, dealt with zee, offered me a free tablet with a $10 charge a month that I could disconnect at any time, when I went to pay my bill which is usually $65, it was $105. Price of tablet service $15, extra line for tablet$30, which he said nothing about. Also he changed my service to the top tier without my authorization. Very shady misrepresentation, call what it is lying. Been the MetroPCS customer for over 5 years, call then got it all straightened out and reported him. Have a nice day

Recently I walk in the store, and I got the good Christmas sale over there, I port in my number from Verizon, I got good deal by metro by T-Mobile store

Recently, I walked into the store and have good experience in the metro store. They have a great deal on the phones and watches, and the guy work have professional explained each and every brand phone deal . I got my new iPhone 13 with a watch, and from Metro by T-mobile, I got free Samsung Tablets, but I have to pay for the activation fee.
Overall, my experience is great with the guy working over there his name, Immy, is that he has a lot of patience and calmness, and he gives every answer.
I really recommend everyone who lives near Amsterdam and surrounded area, go and grab the great offer and deals on Phones.
