My driver Dale is absolutely phenomenal!! He is so personable, has great communication skills, gives me super accurate delivery estimate times and is just an overall nice guy. It is a pleasure having him at my business.

Set up times to deliver then deliver whenever they want wether you are there or not!
Shame on this company!
And the phone service was a woman that should be barred from ever working with people!

R&L Carriers delivers to my very small business in a residential neighborhood and they are a curbside drop-off operation. However their driver Justin goes above and beyond and delivers my equipment to the back of my driveway which is an immeasurable help to me. I appreciate his attention to my needs. I would absolutely recommend using R&L for small business shipping.

We had the pleasure of working with John, a truck driver from R&L, who delivered several large pallets to our business. He was, without a doubt, one of the most efficient, accommodating, and friendliest drivers we’ve ever encountered. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made the delivery process seamless. It’s rare to meet someone who not only excels at their job but also brings such great energy to those around them. We had a great experience today with R+L Carriers. We ordered weights and a weight bench from Nike Strength. The driver arrived on time, was so polite and respectful and placed the pallet in front of our garage for us (I was told when scheduling it would be dropped at the end of the driveway). Highly recommend them for your delivery needs.

I use R+L for my company Upstate Coffee and ship 1,000's of lbs a month. The crew always is on time and has never let me down, my guy Dale is super friendly and efficient. Bonus is that the prices are competitive to bigger well know carriers. Highly recommend 👌
