It took 25 minutes to get help in the tool area since everything is locked up. I asked for help and someone called and it took forever for someone to come help clearly do not care about your sales

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with an order. No communication, delays in shipping, partial order sent (again with no communication), and don't even try to call them or reach a manager there. I ended up cancelling my order and rejecting the partial delivery (felt sorry for the driver as it wasn't his fault).

No one cares about delivery mishaps from their subcontracts driving company ESTES TRUCKING. What is with customer service? I am tired of being taken advantage of.........
