“Joe helped my s/o and I rent a tow dolly, he was very nice and quick, great and exceptional service. Joe definitely made this uhaul location deserve and earn 5 stars. .”
“The previous user of the 10' truck rented smoked HEAVILY, the smell was in the cab for nearly half the trip out (approximately 50 miles). Had to drive with the windows open until the smell finally was aired out. Luckily, the weather was unusually mild, 50°F.
Otherwise, the truck was clean where items were transported.
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware there was a link to log in the condition of the truck before taking it, so it expired before I could record the condition.
