About Trustco Bank
Trustco Bank is a long-established institution offering old school, personal service and a wide variety of great deposit and loan products, including highly-rated mortgages. It operates from many branch locations and provides online and mobile access. Experiences with staff vary; some customers report wonderful, friendly, and efficient service, enabling fast and easy account management. Others, however, find the customer service can be lacking, with some tellers appearing disengaged and management not always assisting during long lines. The bank maintains a 5-star rating from BauerFinancial.
