I reserved a 17' truck for two days. Friday Uhaul informed me the truck was not available. I was told it maybe available Saturday and they could extend the rental to Sunday. On Saturday morning I received an email stating my reservation was canceled. Over an hour on the phone they star they can't do anything but a representative will call me. To make things even worse, they don't want to honor the $50 reservation guarantee.
