Justin, Kiana, Ron, Mariana are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not many retail stores make you feel comfortable, at home and willing to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this Crew!

By having more employees that can people that have pay as you go phones and would like to upgrade them to a 5g instead of 4g. And also offer Internet service in my area. I gave that star rating because Verizon doesn't offer Internet service in this area.

I went into the store to switch my service and give them new business. The salesman was annoyed that we were there, completely misleading, and we ultimately left and went elsewhere for new phone service. 10 minutes with him reminded me why we left Verizon 12 years ago in the first place. I was hoping that they had tracked down better employees by now. Never do business with this store. One star is much more generous than I would be.
