Ancram Center for the Arts presents an annual season of contemporary theater productions of surprising, thought-provoking, and refreshingly entertaining works that break the fourth wall and deeply engage with our small audiences. Our artists-in-residency program discovers and supports bold creators who represent unexpected new perspectives, crafting innovative works for the Ancram Center and beyond. Our many free workshops in storytelling give local friends, neighbors, and public-school students a chance to build personal self-expression skills and confidently expand their connection to others. Magnificent, adventurous theatre in an intimate setting. We create theatre ourselves over in Catskill and get over to Ancram any time we're able. Particularly grateful to them for having introduced us to the brilliant Frank Boyd.
