“Normally I don't leave reviews but I needed to commend the representative Olivia Finkle for her amazing work. I went into SFCU needing a loan to register for SUNY Delhi and finish up school. I told her I need the loan within a two day period due to classes starting at that time. I explained my situation and she helped me straight away. She was very informative and even sent me messages outlining each step of the procedure. Mrs. Finkle was not only informative but made it feel as though she cared deeply for the situation. “We have been staying locally for just over 3 weeks. I wanted to get a large bill to leave as a gift for our grandchild. The minute I walked in I was greeted by 4 smiling faces welcoming me and asking me what I needed. I selected the teller whose name was Kathy. I immediately felt like I just reconnected with an old friend. We chatted so long my husband, who stayed in the car was ready to come in and check on me ! Kathy got me what I needed and was on my way. The bank lobby had coffee and tea readily available for customers. The area was clean and welcoming. I especially loved a small area set off to the side that was dedicated as a children’s play area; complete with a small table and chairs, toys, coloring books and crayons.
