They don't even deserve 1 star. You call about an issue and NEVER get a response. Thanks to them my insurance got cancelled. If I could sue them I would. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy ?

Went to open daughters bank account, manager was awesome in helping but when she got her card after a long wait she couldn't activate it and you couldn't reach the actual bank, had to call a cs # which gave no help in getting it activated. Had to go back to the bank. Not happy with customer service.

A bank that closes at 4 pm is NOT for the working class. This township is full of blue-collar workers, yet this laundering facility and their barista clerks manage to vanish at 3:50pm on a work week and by 11:59am on a Saturday. Closed on Sundays. I reallocated all 4 of my direct deposits to a federal credit union (Navy Federal). As for the service and respect, this facility offers a pompous smile with a snearing undertone with utter disregard for the community they serve.

On a Friday during the Covid 19 pandemic I lost all access to my accounts, and couldn't even use my debit card, I was able to regain account access until the following Wednesday, at which point they had charged me many fees... which they did reverse, and as they should considering their system malfunctions prevented access and they aren't allowing people into the bank.I spoke to someone at the bank that assured me there would be no new charges or fees and not an hour later they applied fees to overdraft my account effectively lying to me .For three years I have asked for some kind of protection on my business account and I've been refused. They made serious mistakes when trying to get a mortgage and have frequent issues with their mobile access which they end up charging their members for especially business members who are offered 0 protection options but i I draw the line at being lied to, if you are considering this bank I would recommend going somewhere else.

You do not get to just force a customer into changing their account because it suits your needs as a bank. I called my bank manager & she started spouting off about how I need road side assistance, phone protection & I get shopping discounts, all for $6 a month, PLUS additional fees. ALL TO USE MY MONEY, WHICH THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CHARGE BEFORE THIS.

I love banking here. Great policies, great customer service and a friendly helpful staff. However, the app fails to open frequently causing aggravation and wasted time calling for support. Support staff is good. Overall still the best banking experience in WNY.

Love this bank! Have had an account here for 8 years now. Most notably, when I walk in and deposit a check, they write down all my account stuff for me. M&T makes me do it myself every time, which constantly annoys me!
