Called to ask a simple question about direct deposit lady that answered the phone was rude and patronizing to me to the point where I just hung up because she wasn’t helpful what so ever.

Great customer service Key Bank, Angola NY to a new customer who was about to move their business accounts there as well. Waited in line at drive thru for 30 minutes to be told they couldn't notarize something, but I could call for an appointment tomorrow. For a stamp and a signature no one in your bank had 30 seconds for a customer, well done Key Bank, well done.
