I went through the drive through and it took over half hour to get though with four cars ahead of me then when I do get to the window girl asked my name I had to spell it out twice for her then after asking my birthday asked my number and when I told her the last four digits she tells me the first three as if I said it wrong so I repeat the whole thing including the first three digits then she gets it. Who ordeal was just ridiculous figured a pharmacy worker that deals with medication would be more intelligent pretty sad.

The lady in the pharmacy is terrible and speaks with a very rude and ignorant tone while being completely wrong about what she’s speaking of. The one that smacks on her gum with her mouth open. It’s really sad that rite aid is closing and these losers aren’t prepared to take on any percentage of the load with the poor management and very underwhelming staff.

Dont expect these idiots to know what they are doing two scripts are supposedly ready for pick up yet i have three or more notifications saying that i have to order them. I love how its supposed to be so easy yet the are wasting my time constantly with thier notifications and checking to be sure my order is correct and ready.

At this point with this walgreens here…it ought to be shut down for good. Closing at 6 everyday and not opening til 10 am. Closed on sundays altogether is the absolute worst convenience to patients trying to get their important meds! They are not friendly nor would they even supply an emergency supply of meds for me…until tomorrow when wellnow could send them in (due to power outage) Sorry but this is unexceptable and a poor drug store! Im closing up my account and transferring over to a REAL pharmacy that are not so concerned in taking an hour lunch break everyday more so than taking care of their customers. Get off at 6…theres your lunch break!!!!

I went into this Walgreens spent $100 earlier on Wednesday . I went back that night at 6:15pm- 6:55 Was going to spend another 60 however had to wait in line forever because the manager was refusing another customer her refund I finally get up there. I specifically asked if they gave me the discount for the pop. The cashier said yes she cashed me out they went and got my receipt because it seemed high And it never went through. She told me I could not be refunded because she couldn’t scan something and I never even left the store with the products. A customer even tried to pay me, it wasn’t like it was $2 it was $20 I refused because that’s not what I was getting at! No apology nothing except I can’t do it. Watch the cameras for Wednesday Dec 13th. Unreal!! They’re either needs to be serious training because I’ve never heard of a manager that can’t refund an order. Thankfully, the pharmacist woman came up because I refused to leave and she was very helpful, even though she wasn’t the manager, she knew how to refund!

Went in at night and the manager I guess was walking around talking to herself dragging her feet everywhere not sure what was up with her and the cashier tried to charge me the wrong price for the item and didn't wanna change itLackluster night crew

Walgreens pharmacy is not organized in any way. Auto calling half way into the fill to remind you that have meds to pick up and then never having them ready when they are due. They are not open on Sundays.

Crystal is a COMPLETE B****, I will never step foot Inside that store again because of her, I can’t believe the way I was treated there because I needed help finding something while she was on her phone. But thank you to the people that actually helped me out there, misty and Jordan!!!!
