“I am an OTR truck driver and my truck had a major breakdown which required an extended stay. I stayed at the Lawrence Manor motel portion. I must say that this visit had to be the most relaxing time I have ever had at a motel! The rooms are actually clean, with modern up to date appliances
Ms. Donna the Owner is a gem, she does her best to make you feel at home. And Ms. Christina is also the nicest as can be. Thank you Ladies for making a problem that I was having not so bad.
The area is quiet and food within walking distance.
If in the area stop by you won’t regret it.”

“Sunday is prime rib night, but pre order on Saturday because of the take out demand. Very old, yet clean and charming bar / restaurant. Our waitress was pleasant. Meal was served with large tossed salad, and choice of real potatoes. I chose mashed which was buttery and came with real beef gravy. The prime rib was the medium rare that I like and came with au jus. Tender and delicious. $21.99 for a large cut of meat. I took more than half home.”
