I am beyond impressed with the work done and the customer service i received. From the moment I called until the moment I left I was treated wonderful by the whole staff. These guys are great... They do their very best to work with you, and in my case what I mean is I bring them a car with no appointment making a weird noise, and I express the fact that I really really need it ASAP, they in turn work it right in the schedule, got it diagnosed and fixed within a couple days, including ordering the parts and waiting for delivery. They're also super friendly and I have yet to have anyone at that garage try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Highly knowledgeable and easy going. Straight forward with the problems and explain the whole process. He was kind enough to stay late even though he didn't have to. I will be using this shop from now on. Any of the negative reviews were because they want immediate gratification and they couldn't understand parts take time to ship in a pandemic. Don't hesitate, they know cars and how to fix them.Services: Electrical

I dont trust anyone but Floyd with my vehicle! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Maggie is very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend this place.

After I attempted to have my RV dash A/C fixed at three different repair shops who could not diagnose problem, it was very a refreshing experience dealing with Floyd and Maggie. I was in town for a short period of time and not only did Floyd diagnose the problem and explained it in detail (electric short and bad fan motor) the day I brought it in but came to my RV site the next day to install the part when it came in. I was also surprised at how fair the price was as it was less than what I had paid the other 3 shops who were unable to fix the A/C. THANK YOU SO MUCH FLOYD AND MAGGIE!!Services: Electrical repair

My experience with Apalachin Auto has always been overly positive. Floyd is an excellent mechanic. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle repair process. He has set up his repair shop to quickly initiate a repair operation. Maggie is a great “front desk” person. She is an excellent communicator. She helps to take the stress out of the repair process. I highly recommend Apalachin Auto.

Absolutely the best place to go for all things mechanical and just everyday service they can do it all! Floyd is the only mechanic I trust with any of my vehicles! If you're not using Apalachin Auto you're missing out and probably being over charged and taken advantage of.Services: Oil change
