I bought my vehicle just under a month ago. And covered under their warranty. days before my warranty was up, my car malfunctioned due to abnormal codes on the transmission. I message Chad while I was with the cop and a towing company. He told me to take the car at ANY SHOP and to let him know what the shop says is wrong. The shop took a whole day to get to my vehicle and run some diagnosis. So, I did not hear from them until the following day. Which was two days after my car had broken down.Once I got a call from the shop & they gave me the codes. I called jeff kies and spoke to jeff himself. Man, was he RUDE AF, He had no shame in screaming at me over the phone. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day and took it out on me. Or he did not like that I told him there was a lack of communication on Chads part, and not once was I ever rude, cursed, or yelled at him.While on the call he made it known that he will NOT be paying for towing, again I'm still covered under their warranty, and then made it seem like I was in the blame for "not contacting them when it happened ", again I DID, I was in contact with Chad, he knows the ropes on how daddy's company works, so why did he not tell me something like, Hey don't let them take your car we got people here that'll go pick it up let me talk to boss man, but NOOO instead I get mistreated for having them take care of me.When I spoke to Jeff, he said if I'd call him when it first broke down that Wednesday, his guys would have gotten it fixed and ready the following day thrusday to pick up. Well, I got it back after 19 days.

They sold me a vehicle and the check engine light and several others came on two miles away from leaving the lot. Refused to fix it told me I was driving it bad and that’s why is was running so bad. When I took it to my Mechanic they had a list of things wrong with and said it should have never passed inspection. They thought it was a flood vehicle. This place is horrible!! The owners comment was what did you expect to get for your money it’s not a brand new vehicle. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON’T BUY FROM JEFF KIES!!!

Amazing experience. I worked with Chad, he was not only knowledgeable & went above and beyond to help me get the best deal I could , having to try several different methods- but he’s also super inviting and cool to chat with while you’re waiting. I’ll never car shop anywheres else! The best car buying experience I’ve ever had by far!

Jeff Kies sold me a car that should not have been inspected. any complaints about him go to bbb.com, reportfraud.ftc.gov, you can also complain to the dmv and do a report to them also. I was lied to regarding this car. If you have any problems, you have the right to protect yourself from businesses like this.

They lie about the warranties, but regardless they shouldn't be selling cars that break in less then 3 months so overall I wouldn't recommend buying a car here. Good luck.

Just bought my second vehicle from Jeff Kies. I had Adam as my salesman and he was incredibly friendly and didn’t push a sale on me. Went to look at one car and saw one on the lot that better fit my needs. Their car lot has a huge variety to choose from and are affordable. I would recommend going here to anyone looking for a painless car buying experience!

We recently purchased a subaru from Jeff Keis auto. They allowed us plenty of time to look at the vehicle and take a through test drive. They were low pressure, answered all our questions, and made the process easy.

I recently purchased a truck from Jeff Kies auto sales, and the entire process was quite pleasant. First thing I noticed, was Adam was the opposite of a stereotypical salesman. He wasn't trying to butter me up or feed me a bunch of garbage to make a sale. After buying the truck I took it to my mechanic to have him check everything over, he had nothing but good things to say about the trucks condition. There was a mix up between myself and DMV that was delaying the registration, and Adam had it solved and ready for pick up with in 24 hours... All in all good experience and I will be going back for my daughters first car as well.

We bought a 2018 vehicle In January off 2023 from Jeff Kies Auto sales. We asked if the vehicle had been in accident or if a Car Fax had been reviewed. They assured us there were no accidents in the history of the car. Last week we noticed unexplained damage to the paint and the hood of the vehicle. We brought it to an auto body shop to offer an explanation for the damage. We also ran a car Fax to find out about the cars history. It has been in three accidents causing major repairs. The body shop educated us on the poor quality paint job completed with a poor bondo job. The estimate for repairs is $2600! Had we been made aware of the prior accidents, we may not have purchased this vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I just left Jeff Kies auto sales. The son, Adam, was very nice, and then I got to meet Jeff himself. He was extremely rude to me, calling me "girlfriend," which in 2023 is not acceptable. I was telling him that the car I tried had no a/c (It's 91° here today), the seats were ripped up, and the car, had clearly been sideswiped. He just looked at me and said, "Have a nice day," and walked away. I'm in my 60s, and I have never been treated like this at a dealership. And believe me, I have bought quite a few used cars. I recommend not going to this dealership. Ever.
