Walked in and spent almost 40$ in snacks and cigarettes and set outside in my truck to eat them before gettin back out on the road.... I'm setting there in a parking spot not a gas pump and the employee comes out asking if I need to be towed??? This is ridiculous!

This is one of my favorite stops to fill up. Very clean, friendly, and very competitive prices on gas. Plenty of selections inside with helpful down to earth staff.

I asked the manager on duty if the air compressor for putting air in your vehicle tires was working properly, she said "Yes, it's working". I put four quarters in the coin slot of the air compressor machine (it asks for $1.00) and it turned on but no air came out of it. I went back in to let her know that the compressor isn't working and to get my $1.00 back. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her problem and then told me to call the 1-800 number on the machine for a refund. This after telling me initially that "Yes, it's working". It was a very bad and unprofessional experience and I am NEVER getting gas or anything else from Kwik Fill and am cutting up my BP rewards card as well. I can go elsewhere for more courteous service, thanks.
