What a cool way to experience picking cherries with your family. They have so many cherries there that you feel bad for not taking them home because they appear that they're going to go bad on the tree. The quality is excellent and my family enjoyed the time together. If you're in the area you should come here if you're not in the area you should drive here because it's a cool experience

We had a blast picking cherries. We don't have cherry trees where we are from so this was a really fun experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but for the most part you took a bucket and went into the orchard. There was a really good variety and all of the fruit was so delicious.

Did the U-pick cherries while we were visiting the area. Nice orchard and the young ladies manning the booth were very professional. The $5 deposit and wristbands are in keeping with what other local orchards do. So sad that customers try to take advantage of these folks and steal fruit. Anyway, the cherries were really nice and there is a wide selection. Make sure you pay attention to which row you are in and follow the instructions on which rows are ready to pick!

We have been coming to Bittner Singer Orchards for several years now. Beautiful orchard across from beautiful Lake Ontario. The family has enjoyed picking cherries here, some of the best sweet, dark cherries ever. It was disappointing though to pull in and see so many signs - IN ALL CAPS - with rules. I'm not a farmer, and maybe they've had a theft problem, but to honest people like myself, it was a bit cringeworthy. AND there is an admission charge for anyone older than TWO. I deduced this fee came about because families with many children were arriving and perhaps the Orchard was losing money via eaten-not-paid-for cherries? The $5 will be credited against your produce picked. Then you have a wrist band attached to you that is cut off after your purchase. No backpacks. No diaper bags. No bare feet (ok that's fine). And more. It just took the wind out of my sails to be greeted by signage of rules and docked with an admission fee. The employees were cheerful and attentive. Clean pails and giant plastic bags to line the buckets were ready for our fruit to go in. A nice utility wagon helped with the haul. After, there was a hand washing station and sanitizer available. The dark cherries were truly delicious. Most found their way into several homemade pies.
