Scam artists. Took my 2014 in to get an inspection. Needed some work but they quoted me $10k to pass inspection. Attempted to charge me for a smoke test that never occurred. Used to be a place where you could trust what was going on, now they are dishonest and upcharges. Neglected to tell me the car was not drivable, cost me a tow. Stay far away from here.

Not good. Overcharged for wrong diagnosis... for completely unnecessary repairs....took my vehicle to different mechanic and saved thousands of dollars ...steer clear of this place .

They are friendly and very thorough. Upon completion of the job at hand, you also receive an analysis detailing any other areas of concern that you may have going forward, ie. tire wear, brake pads, air filters, etc. They get the job done correctly and on time.

$1300.00 for a 4 wheel brake job with cheap house brand rotors and mid-grade pads. No new calipers were installed. Mind you this is a small little 2022 Kia SUV. Rip off. Took advantage of a retired couple.Don't know how you can sleep at night charging this much for a brake job.Oh wait- when you charge that much for a brake job you can afford lobster and prime rib every night for dinner . A full stomach makes you sleep a through the night.

Oil change and tires rotated. Not worth 175.00 they do a nice job, will take and get a 50. Oil change. Have been a long time customer.

ok so i have no idea how this place is still in business much less has a pretty good rating.. i had to give it a star in order to write a review and this is something i truly dont think ive ever done but when i happened to see their overall rating when looking for a place to get my yruck inspected it made me sick . this place absolutely positively sucks. they 100% blew up the engine in my camoro and when confronted on it they not only denied it but had the attitude of well if we did do it then sux to b u.. and have a nice day. i also know of at least three other people that have had similiar tragic n not easily fixable oucomes from having gone there. so if my writting this keeps just one person from going thru what i did then i will feel like this was totally worth doing. BEWARE IT COULD BE YOU NEXT!!!!!!!¡

I had them do some work on one of my vehicles before and they did. I absolutely spectacular job. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing service work If I didn't live in Texas, I would have stuff there all the time being worked on

This shop is simply the best. Super trustworthy, efficient, top of the line mechanical help. My husband and I own many vehicles. Including exotic sports cars, high end SUVs and daily drivers and this shop keeps them all in tip top shape. It is so important to trust your repair place and to know that the estimate that you are given is accurate. I have a VW Jetta and Automotive Alley has been right on with any problems we've had. Something that I've been told ONLY a Volkswagen dealer can do, this place has done. They are excellent! They are especially great at fixing what my husband fixed. ?? Also, I've had no shady stuff like alot of other repair shops.
