“This might be a long one. I got a vehicle for 34-45 bucks a day for almost 2 months. One month was paid for by insurance. That ended the 13th of March. Now since March 13th I had faced some troubles with my own vehicles, the rental man I believe his name was Larry was so unbelievable nice in everyway. This man made sure the car wasnt going to be towed. He called me to make sure I knew the registration was up. He never once called me for payment. Never once made me feel bad for the crisis I was in, unable to return the vehicle because of being a single mom with two kids and needing the vehicle. Insurance had stopped paying for it on the 13th but that man went above and beyond to make sure me and my kids were set. The car was super nice. Not a big dent in my wallet at all. I personally will go through this company every time now. Five stars for pricing. Five stars for customer service. Five stars for just being a nice person during this. I have never been so happy with a company before honestly. That man is a very nice and kind man and this company is well worth the rentals.”
