We hired Hiram to frame a two-story garage. He also installed the windows, the siding and the roof. He was responsive and loved to answer questions. He bought the materials for us and ended up having to hold onto them for months while some other work got done. He sent lots of pictures of his work while I was out of town. There were no surprise costs. I can't say enough good things about him. I'd hire him to do the interior if he did that sort of thing.Service: General building construction

Hiram Clayson of Clayson Construction did a beautiful job building our pole barn this year. -2021He is extremely responsive to any phone calls and texts.( It would be nice if my own family members were that good!)He worked through very challenging conditions whether it was freezing/rainy weather, ankle deep mud, job site problems or Covid concerns.He is an honest contractor that will listen and address your questions. Hiram did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Replaced the tub, medicine cabinet (and recessed it) , toilet, trim, new flooring and new lighting along with other small things that were part of it all. Everything was done in a timely manner, and looks great. He even cleans up afterward, which was big to us. He will definitely be rehired for our future remodels and repairs!

I had Clayton construction build a 30 X 50 pole barn for me and could not say enough good things about Hiram and his crew, they had to deal with unexpected boulders and the muddy spring we had and they were super friendly and had a great attitude, he charged what he quoted, I couldn't be happier, would refer them to anybody, if anybody would like to take a look I'd be happy to show them just contact Hiram.

Hiram came out after a tree had fallen on our home and within 2 days had the trusses replaced, ceiling repaired and roof replaced. He and his staff were professional and extremely helpful in helping me understand the damage that had occurred to my home. He also did the work on a Saturday and Sunday to accommodate the rush on the repair to make sure we wouldn’t get any water damage. The work he did was great and we were very happy to have had him do the work. I have since recommended him to manysmembers of my family and they were all thrilled with the work as well.

Hiram did a good job pulling together another contractor and coordinated and handling what I needed to get done. His effort was timely and done right. Even came in the winter on short notice to address a small issue on a very bad weather day.
