I don’t understand why anyone would go anywhere else besides hoffys! Kristin & Tom are so awesome to work with, kind, respectful, and very professional! They’ve put so much into redoing this store it looks incredible! Such a beautiful little family owned business! I will forever only go to hoffys for anything I need love you guys, keep doing amazing things ❤️

I’ve tried going here THREE times now, DURING “business” hours, and the , I guess she’s the new “owner” is sitting in her car in the parking lot. She will see a customer pull into the parking lot (me - trying to be a customer), and she ACTUALLY pulls out. LEAVES. Mind you - this is during her supposed BUSINESS HOURS. According to what Google says and what the hours on her door says. I’ve never seen a business owner that behaves like this. I just went again the day of the homecoming game trying to get a pioneer hoodie for my daughter. And lo and behold. There she was. At 2:40, in the parking lot. Hours say she’s open until 3. I literally flew to get there before she closed. And what happened?? Yep. She left. But that’s okay because now we have a GREAT PLACE in arcade to go to. Country View Embroidery at 636 W. main st. They were actually closed by the time I got there but they opened the door and let me in. I got 2 hoodies and finally a company who can do our sweatshirts, hats and vinyl for our own company. Thank you so much Country View Embroidery! We look forward to working with you ☺️
I see there’s a response to my review. I purposely checked the store hours on Google BEFORE leaving Tops in Arcade to fly to your store. It said 3 PM. Or I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I do see that this is now updated. Congratulations on that. Also, as you saw while sitting in your car, I went over and looked at the hours on your door, it ALSO said 3 PM on FRIDAY, because I then proceeded to look at my watch and at you, and ask why are you closed?? Right before you pulled out of the parking lot. If you’ve updated that as well - good job. If you have to leave during your open hours to pick up your child, that’s understandable but you should put up a sign that states that you’ve left for however many minutes and will in fact be returning. Thats the professional thing to do. However, as I stated, we’ve found a great company that we look very much forward to working with in the future. They were more than willing to accommodate our needs and were more than friendly and professional. I do hope that you learn to be a little more friendly, considerate and professional with your prospective clients in the future. I used to enjoy working with Hoffy when he owned the business. Sad to see what’s becoming of the business now.

They do awesome work here! I was very happy with the way everything I bought was customized and came out...The new shop owners are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you with your design if needs be! 10/10 recommend if you need anything customized! They do everything from individual orders to commercial sales!
