Bought a grill from Tractor Supply in Arcade New York Jeff the salesman give us excellent advice and was extremely helpful getting the grill into the back of our pickup truck super nice guy would highly recommend going to Tractor Supply in arcade and dealing with Jeff fair enough

Amazing experience at Arcade Tractor Supply. We needed a pellet stove and had no idea what to get. Cassaundra was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. Directed us to the best stove for our situation and got us all of the parts we needed. She even told us where to find the one part she didn’t have in stock. What a perfect experience. Went in for a roadie order , supposed to be a grill unassembled as per the dimensions said , get there and it's assembled, had to cancel the load and lose out on $56.56 . Run into this alot where dimensions are incorrect, not only does this look bad upon me the driver because I have to cancel but it's a waste of time , drove an hour to get to this store for this order, the bald bigger dude was unprofessional, and clearly had anger issues . Won't be returning to this tractor supply again or any tsc for that matter
