Pharmacist really went above and beyond to help me out, despite being very busy.

If you live in the Dobbs Ferry area, use Ardsley CVS as your pharmacy. Do NOT use Dobbs Ferry Walgreens. Read all of the bad google review for Walgreens, and believe how bad that pharmacy is. I have never had problems with this CVS.

I've come here plenty of times in my life for shopping for any of basic hygiene needs like toothpaste, tooth brush, floss, etc. I've even come for getting my vaccination like flu shot or COVID19. They're well-stocked, nice employees, and good amount of parking. They are just like a stand CVS store and it is also in a nice area. I recommend coming here.

i had a ridiculously unacceptable experience here getting my booster vaccine. without getting too graphic (there was a lot of blood!!), the process of the needle going into my arm caused me to lose consciousness seconds after leaving the vaccine tent. i sat in a chair, took my mask off, dropped all my belongings pretty abruptly, and put my head between my legs. i think it was pretty clear i was in distress and there was.. one other family in the waiting area. the 1-star isn't because i felt faint, as these things can happen, it's because no one offered me any kind of concern or a assistance in a virtually empty room... where these things can happen! also they didn't stamp my vax card, which i recognize i could have reminded them, but i had just fainted, so i was feeling a little forgetful, and considering this is something they do literally... every day...

I went in to get the flu shot with my husband today after making our appointments online a week in advance. There was a one person waiting ahead of us which was fine. After that person my husband was called to get his shot. I was surprised when the pharmacist then called a girl in after my husband and not me, even though my husband and I checked in together. I heard the pharmacist telling the girl's father not to tell anyone that they let them drop in since the appointment slots were full. I was frustrated that the pharmacist didn't just take of me afterwards but I let it go. Then the pharmacist called a guy behind us who was part of a new couple who had checked in well after us. I went up to the front desk to double check that I was checked in. They replied that I was and said they were busy. But that didn't excuse why someone who came after me was called up first! When the pharmacist then proceeded to give the wife of that later arriving couple her shot, I told them I was leaving because it had been far too long and the we left. And this whole ordeal took 45 minutes because the time in between each person was very long. I understand being busy but totally ignoring the order in which people signed in was unacceptable!

My last experience with the pharmacy at the ArdsleY location was the absolute best example of perfect customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I walked in 5 minutes before closing on a SUNDAY not only did they fill my order which meant start to finish I had to count it out and everything... But I did it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I felt terrible but they assured me they were happy to help and I know they meant it. Eddie and Claudia from the pharmacy department are great employees and a huge asset to CVS. Thank you guys!

When I tried to call the pharmacy 3 times with no answer. I went there and was told "if they answered the phone they wouldn't have time to talk to me"I never had a good experience. Alway with an attitude and no regard for my privacy. I finally changed all my meds to RiteAide on Hartsdale Ave.

Ridiculous 20 minute wait for prescription pickup. The line is now 10 people deep extending down aisle 17. Stay away from prescriptions at this location. One person tending to each customer.

Always over a half hour line no matter what time you go; system down often; never picks up the phone (been on hold for over 45 minutes on several occasions only to be disconnected); and the staff is pretty rude and disorganized. Every time I go I am trying to be sympathetic but they are just so poorly run and don't care at all. They need to hire more pharmacists if this is a management issue then they definitely need more help.
