My experience with Enterprise was fabulous. The staff always had a smile on their face. They greeted you when you entered the office. They told you how long the process would take and the car arrived within minutes. I was very impressed.

I am writing to express deep concern about a recent experience with your services. The billing for a rental through my insurance company revealed both deceptive practices and a significant overcharge. Conflicting statements in the bill, along with a voicemail contradicting the charges, are troubling.Equally distressing was the unprofessional behavior and language exhibited by your staff member, Andrea. As a business owner with over a decade in customer service, I find no justification for such conduct.Tomorrow, I plan to discuss these issues with my insurance agent and credit card company, providing evidence of the discrepancies. Additionally, I will be submitting a formal complaint to your corporate and district offices.I urge swift attention to this matter to avoid further escalation, including potential involvement with the Better Business Bureau.Sincerely,Alexander

I asked for clarification on my rental bill. I had the car for a bit and insurance was covering most of the cost. The young lady who helped me was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. She refused to give her name. I discovered it was Andrea as another customer asked her. She said “ she explained the bill” and that she can speak in any tone that she pleases. She was filled with anger.The young red headed gentleman that worked with her refused to give names as well. They told me to figure it out.Awful!

We used to love this place. They were wonderful. Now the last few times, they use a cleaner with a strong odor that overpowers everything until you spend some time in the car. Eventually, this disgusting smell mixed with whatever the initial scent begins to make the ride uncomfortable. It’s too bad, really. We live close by and are happy to support local business. Not anymore. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I had the very unfortunate experience of speaking to andreia baharally over the phone, where she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I mentioned that I had a reservation for a compact car today and her response was “we have none” and hung up the phone. When I called back to inquire about my reservation, she said well we don’t have any. She did not work toward creating a new reservation or anything and every time I called back she would hang up. This place is the most disgusting car rental place I’ve ever dealt with. Not to mention this is for an insurance claim, I have already called my policy to let them know I would prefer to work with hertz which is where I always get my rentals from. These people don’t deserve a dime, at any location. Whether it be Ardsley, white plains I don’t care. Don’t waste your time with this company overall they are trash

I've got to update this review to say that Enterprise itself hugely disappointed me--as did Expedia! An enormous unexpected snowstorm hit and as I drove the car home, I almost killed myself and wrecked the car sliding down an icy mountain and I had to park it there and stay overnight and they CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER DAY! The car could not get me home safely, I missed work and they had the gall to charge me for the car! UNBELIEVABLE! Not a single person asked me how I got home, how the car was, NADA!! Just called incessantly to find out where the car was after my main concern was keeping the car safe! And then they charge me for it!!! Goodbye Enterprise. You've lost a customer for life.

I had called frantically in need of a car, and the two lovely employees Ali M, and Kelly Y could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They provided me with a beautiful clean car, and I could not be happier with the service. I recommend this business and there help 10/10 times

Terrible service & cars. Office is regularly empty, note on the door says "will be back in a few..." you wait and nothing. You go pick up a car that you had made a reservation for and there is no car. They tell you someone is bringing the car & will be there in 15 mins yet after an hour no car. It used to be a lot better only 2 years ago when I rented a car from them, I don't know why it's going down the tubes. Must be the pandemic. I have to give much credit to the young man Christian working there who is courteous and polite but things seem to be beyond his control.
